Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

They've taken some of our favorite dishes off the menu. No more chicken saltimbocca, garlic mashed potatoes, or cheesecake. They were out of chicken cannelloni. Food seemed blander than usual and our apple Gorgonzola salad was kind of sad.

Our waitress was great! The food is what you would expect from a chain Italian restaurant. If you're looking for something simple and consistent. Buca is great. If you're looking for something more authentic, not the spot.

Table was set and ready when we got there. Waiter was excellent. Food was great, as always. Love to celebrate birthdays there when we have a big group!

We had a a large party that was seated in the Pope Room with a large circular rotating table. It was perfect for our party. The Pasta, Spaghetti and Chicken Lemone were all perfectly cooked and delicious. Our waiter, the manager, was great and made sure that all of our drinks were filled. Definitely a great experience

We were very pleases with two of the entrées we ordered, Rigatoni and the Carbonara were great. The Chicken Marsala was too sweet (tasted like way too much brown sugar) and so little for the price we paid. We will not be ordering that one again.

We have never been disappointed at this Buca. My family has made it a tradition to have our Christmas dinner here for years. They have always been friendly and well staffed. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

I would not recommend eating at Bucca on any major holiday. My family of 15 ppl made a reservation weeks in advance for Christmas Eve. We arrived on time and were told our table was occupied and the party “would not leave”. We waited over 30 minutes in a large crowd of people all waiting for their own previously reserved tables. I finally asked if there were any other table options and they found one but it was dirty. It took them 15 more minutes to clean it and they didn't tell us it was ready. I had to walk over and check myself then ask if we could be seated. As we were walking to our table another diner warned us that they had been waiting 1+ hrs for their food. We sat down, waited another 10 mins for our server to arrive and then decided we really weren't willing to wait another hour to eat (as by now we had been there almost an hour). The restaurant was obviously not prepared to handle the busyness of the night. We ended up ordering pizza to-go from our neighborhood pizza joint.

Great experience overall, from making the reservation to having a wonderful Holiday gathering! The staff was amazing as well as the food!

Our waiter was very friendly and very attentive. But expect for him the rest was extremely poor. The one who brought our food out forgot multiple food items and had to be asked to bring them as well as no utensils to dish up any of our food when asked he said he would bring it if we needed it. Also a helper at the table next to us turned and screamed right in my ear towards the kitchen I let our waiter know and he agreed that it was a very unprofessional thing to do My ear was ringing the rest of the night. My wife and I have been celebrating for years now at your establishment and this is the first time we've ever had such a awful experience.

The service was terrible. They had a couple large parties in back they informed us. The food was great though.

Always a great time at Buca. Fun atmosphere, lots to look at on the walls :-) My daughter now proclaimed Buca's spaghetti and meatball her favorite over another local spot.

Food was excellent. Waiter had a hard time figuring out how to split the bill using a coupon but there were only 4 of us! Restaurant needs some serious cleaning and carpet replacement.

Excellent service for a group of 13 year old girls. Very attentive waiter. Went above and beyond to accommodate a girl with dietary restrictions. Great birthday celebration.

Always a great time at Buca! Fantastic food, great friendly service, fun atmosphere.
