This place is one of our favorites. We go back and forth between the spicy chicken rigatoni and the chicken carbonara and always cheese bread. No wait when we went around 4 pm and the staff was attentive.

Priscilla was an awesome server! Very attentive and super warm and friendly. The manager, Israel, is so pleasant and welcoming. The food is phenomenal! I prefer the food and staff at this location over all of the others and actually drive further to eat at this one.

Lunch at Buca was fantastic! The smaller portions were perfect, and everything was delicious. Our server, Amy, was the best—so friendly and attentive. She really made the experience wonderful. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is crooked!! We picked this spot as a homecoming dinner destination due to their large menu options and spaces. But beyond that, they fail! We arranged an unlimited drink and food option for 28 people and it was far from that. The waitress was rude, refused to get them more food and drink even when they should have gotten it, and were spoken to as if they were toddlers. They would have never treated them this way had an adult been present at the dinner. They completely took advantage of this opportunity. They charged $46 per kid and made a killing with little effort, disrespect, lack of follow through. When I called to talk to a manager about this he was floored and was gonna look into it and call me back the next day. Guess what... it's been a week and have heard nothing. That tells me how they handle things like this. They just don't care at all!! Extremely poor customer service and the food wasn't that great either. Don't take your large parties here at all. They will way overcharge you and treat you with no respect. Not worth it. Another business deserves your money over this place.
