Took a chance on a small mall coffee shop-what a surprise. Best coffee I’ve had around the Twin cities. Whatever coffee they’re using, it’s fantastic. Wish they had as many locations as the other chain stores (or at least one out in Eagan 😆)

Wasn’t expecting much from a a coffee kiosk in the EP mall but that caramel cold brew was one of the best coffee/espresso drinks I’ve had in a very long time. Keep up the great work.

Thought this was the old caribou, it wasn't buy I figured I would still try it. Staff were not welcoming, quiet. I asked a couple simple questions, do you have almond milk and she said I don't know we have skim. Coffee was strong otherwise.

I recently visited Cafe Viola in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with friendly baristas who took the time to get to know me. But the real star of the show was the coffee - rich, smooth, and expertly crafted. I ordered a latte and it was truly one of the best I've ever had. The perfect spot to grab a cup of joe and catch up with friends or get some work done. 5 stars and highly recommended!
