Reasonable prices for quality noshing. Order via the app for ease of ordering and points towards free menu items. This location has scenic outdoor seating.

This review is dictated by my 7 and 9 year old sons: “This is the place you go if you want sandwiches, soups, and the best chocolate strawberries. This was the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. The food was all the way five stars. Oh and don’t forget the salads. It’s a little cold inside but still it’s awesome; I recommend it all the way. And the bread and the soup are really good.”

I ordered a nuts about berries salad with my try 2 combo. There was mold on most, if not all of the berries. I called and told them about it and was met with rudeness. The woman on the phone told me she'll give me an in-store credit for a half salad and that's all. I tossed the salad and sandwich because why would I eat food with mold in the same box.

Very good food! I got the hot honey cottage cheese bowl and it was delicious. Came here at lunch time around noon and the line was out the door! I highly recommend ordering online for pickup.
No longer ordering Zupas from here (especially through Doordash), I had an odd allergic style reaction from the Southwest bowl, I have had this bowl before, and it's tasted great. However, I had stomach pain all night as a result of eating the Southwest bowl last night 7/10/25.

I usually get the regular Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and it’s always filled all the way to the top super good. But this time I tried the large one and was kinda disappointed. It wasn’t filled up like the regular, there was a lot of empty space at the top. For the price of 20$ I expected it to be full. Kinda felt like I paid more for less.
