Something has changed. Usually good but menu images do not represent servings. I literally got 3 edamame beans for my Power Bowl. No truth in advertising. Soup watered down significantly. Manager does not seem concerned.

I put an order in online today to be picked up by 12:20pm. I got there at 12:20 and I waited for 25 minutes to get my lunch! This is absolutely unacceptable! And the staff didn’t even care! Their ordering system and staff need to be updated. I can’t even trust to come here for lunch anymore because I will never know when it will be ready. I wasted my lunch break waiting and now stressed out. I can’t even submit my experience on the app because it doesn’t work correctly. I’ve lost trust in this location.

Really disappointed in the to go salads lately very little salad in them! Price has gone up but amount has been cut in half. Ordered a large but got a mini! Paid a large price-update! I gave you a second chance only to be more disappointed! Dressing was squashed and still yet again you are giving me a small salad when I am Paying for a large!

Ordered online pickup and it said it would be ready at 7:54, I arrived at 7:50 and they said they had yet to start my order (placed 10 minutes prior, and had no customers in the store) after they told me they started my order a walk in customers food was made before mine even though I was already there. I did not receive my food until 8:15, and both sandwiches were greatly messed up to the point where one was not edible due to clearly stated requests that were ignored.
