I'm really impressed by Caribou Coffee in many different aspects. First, the coffee I got was really good - better than Dunkin' or Starbucks, for sure. Secondly, the service felt friendlier compared to other brands, and the environment was really comfortable to sit and enjoy my coffee.

I am from Ohio and we used to have a local Caribou that my mom and I loved that has since closed. We were so excited to find out that this place was right down the road from our hotel. One of my first stops on our trip and it did not disappoint. Even better than I remembered. Delicious coffee and food and fast and kind service. Will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again.

It took three times to make a Mango iced tea and they still got it wrong!!!
Friendly service and the vanilla crafted press I ordered was great. I finally found a Caribou drink I can order without having to reduce the number of flavor pumps. The inside of the store is nice, but I wish they didn't replace the leather chairs with boring wooden tables and chairs. At least it still has more character than a typical Starbucks.

Check your spare tire before you go, their parking lot is full of pot holes you can’t see. It’s been like this for years and there are no plans to fix it. Too bad , it was a good caribou.
