We've been trying to get our cat used to the car and took him through the drive thru to get our drinks and a pup cup for him. The barista working the window was super sweet and happy to see him. They offered us coconut cold foam instead knowing that its better/gentler on him. Thank you so much for the kind service and the warm welcome as we get our cat used to the car! Great service.

The store was unable to make my drink as I had requested. Nobody informed me and instead made the drink differently than I had ordered. This is the second time this has happened at this particular store and I find it ridiculous that they can’t fix the problem and the store. Staff doesn’t communicate with customers as they should. - Very unhappy customer.

I was greeted when I entered, and there was no line to order. I received my drink very quickly, even though there were lots of people in the drive thru. The baristas were kind and treated me like a person.
