I gave it a two star because the atmosphere is nice but it was so cold everyone had to wear their jackets. We left because we only had sweatshirts and we were freezing. Also, the fireplace rather didn’t work or it wasn’t turned on.

The Caribou i usually go to doesn’t have the things i buy every time anymore but this one does so i’ve started to place my orders here and i love the energy of the people and my drink and food are always perfect. :)

The coffee was good. The wait time was a bit long. I placed my specialty order asking to replace the oat milk with heavy cream, but the drinks were still made like normal without following my requests. I had to wait longer because the requested change was not followed they just made the drink like normal.

I bought my cappuccino yesterday from this caribou coffee and the cappuccino was not good and very bitter. I drove another 10 minutes back to this caribou coffee to get a replacement. I was very disappointed for the 2nd replacement which it also have the same taste as the first one I bought.

I wish I could have had Spicy mocha but ran out! Caribou always runs out early ! I definitely love Caribou beet but why do they run out so early beginning of December???

They were extremely busy when I went in. Their drive-thru was closed and I'm assuming it's cuz they didn't have the coverage. There was only two girls covering all the mobile orders and the in-store orders. They were doing it professionally and they had smiles on their faces. Even though I'm sure they were stressed. They did not let anyone get overlooked, it did take a little bit longer because there was just so much to do but I was waiting maybe 5 to 6 minutes and they checked in with me to see what exactly my order was to make sure they were staying organized. I've been in customer service like that before and I know how easy it is to get overwhelmed and they handled it so well and eventually help came for them before I left. But I'm incredibly impressed with how they handled it!
