We've been trying to get our cat used to the car and took him through the drive thru to get our drinks and a pup cup for him. The barista working the window was super sweet and happy to see him. They offered us coconut cold foam instead knowing that its better/gentler on him. Thank you so much for the kind service and the warm welcome as we get our cat used to the car! Great service.
I just went to grab a quick beverage and I met the most down-to-earth kind 10 out of 10 customer service employee. Her name was Castle. She was amazing. She had a short conversation with me, but her service was amazing. Shout out to Castle.
I was greeted when I entered, and there was no line to order. I received my drink very quickly, even though there were lots of people in the drive thru. The baristas were kind and treated me like a person.
