We are big fans of Paige. We came to see her in her new store. We received great service and an awesome turtle mocha.

Stay away. First of all it took forever to get my drink as the employees were making drinks for all the employees friends and they were having a big love fest. There were only two paying customers in line, me being one of them. The wait was way too long.
Secondly they made the absolute worst cafe mocha and it was half empty. I would have said something but it was obvious to me that they dont care about the paying customers. This was the biggest waste of time and money. Stay away from this terrible place.

Came here to get some work done and take an important call on the road. The staff were yelling to each other across the store the entire 2 hours I was there. Inappropriate conversations at high volume during my call. I would not recommend doing anything you need to focus on, or take calls from this location.

Ordered online to pickup, the label of the drink has everything written out on it yet the drink was wrong and tastes nothing like it normally does. Workers did not even greet us when we walked in the door or anything and just stared at me the whole time I was in the store lol

I just stopped for my usual mocha - no food. The barista was nice, but since the store was nearly empty that time of day (early evening), I had to sort of call out to get someone from the back room. Once she was at the counter, she did a fine job and my mocha was good and just as I’d ordered (dark chocolate & extra hot).
