I would give it a zero if i could- the lady in drive thur , one of the bigger size employees was incredibly rude . And didnt understand a thing i said in the intercome , i would invest into some new employees that will actually do there job correctly and nicely. Also was screaming at one of her coworkers very disrespectful im so sorry for who has to work with her.

Order took 25 mins to make with zero customers. Everyone working there seems like they don’t want to work. My order was only made after asking for it waiting for a while. The girl lied and said she already made it and someone took it. Hmmmmm not really. 7 dollars for a caramel high rise but it wasn’t caramel high rise. Just some random iced coffee. Please If you don’t want to work on a Sunday. Stay home and find another job that you like.

Stay away. First of all it took forever to get my drink as the employees were making drinks for all the employees friends and they were having a big love fest. There were only two paying customers in line, me being one of them. The wait was way too long.
Secondly they made the absolute worst cafe mocha and it was half empty. I would have said something but it was obvious to me that they dont care about the paying customers. This was the biggest waste of time and money. Stay away from this terrible place.

Came here to get some work done and take an important call on the road. The staff were yelling to each other across the store the entire 2 hours I was there. Inappropriate conversations at high volume during my call. I would not recommend doing anything you need to focus on, or take calls from this location.
