She was amazing and easy to work with in creating the menu, especially with our pickiness about leaving out certain ingredients and putting things 'on the side'. Alex catered our small wedding reception and did a fantastic job. We had one celiac (gluten free) guest and four vegan guests but the rest of the 28 attendees were "regular." Alex made an amazingly delicious meal that didn't leave anyone deprived.We had ribs and chicken as well as a lentil loaf for the vegans. Everything (except the bread) was gluten free. The guests raved about how good it was, not at all like wedding food usually is. Alex was also professional and friendly to our attendees.We could not have been happier with the meal.
