Just came in for a quick meal. The guy helping me out, Maximus, was super courteous and genuine and after bringing my food to my table asked me if I needed anything else. After delivering my food, he cleaned other tables. Great employee. Wish other food establishments were like this. I’ll be coming back to this specific location.

Ordered about $40 worth of items before heading into work. One of the breakfast meals was mistakenly missed and not put into the bag. My mistake was not having a receipt to inform them of the mistake. So now they will be getting a review on google.
They also took almost 10 min to finally take my order at the counter. It was a bearly empty location at the time.

We usually order some kids meals and salads. The southwest salad is delicious! Customer service is amazing, the staff is always friendly and polite. There are usually some pretty long wait times, but that is not the restaurants fault, that’s due to its popularity. They move quick and efficiently to get as many people through as possible!

Not great, especially for 16.00 dollars worth of food. The fries were undercooked and poorly salted. The shake tasted like alcohol, and the sandwich wasn't very tasty. The first cashier didn't seem interested in serving me, but the second cashier was nice enough.
Either go to the Bloomington, MN location or go to Wendy's. The food isn't worth the price anymore.

Employees at the Eden Prairie restaurant are amazing. They always remember my fork with my order because I stop so often and I eat on my way to work in traffic lol
This is the second time this has happened to me; the workers have a nasty attitude and show disrespect. Additionally, this place feels racist and unwelcoming towards Black people. They exhibit disgusting behavior.

Difficult, confusing access. The food was good tasting, but for the high price the portions were pretty small. Case in point was the 4-piece chicken strip meal @ $12. It amounted to about half the (chicken) portion of a $6.00 3-piece chicken strips at Kwik Trip a few miles away. Not many waffle fries in the deal either.

My wife and I grabbed our meal today from Chick-fil-A. Start to finish the young crew that works here were outstanding. The guy who took our order was polite, quick and you could tell actually enjoyed what he did. When we got to the drive through it looked like a well oiled machine. Every single person was working their butts off while still managing to smile and be professional. Its not always common to have an experience like this so I felt the need to give credit to these young kids who put the work ethic of others to shame.
For others below giving poor ratings, keep in mind they are getting mad over the quality of fast food. Its fast food... its not gonna blow your socks off but I will drive the extra distance to have the experience I did tonight. Nice work! 07/16/25
