Ice cream is always good here service was ok, they were very unengaged in all the customers and communication was bad

I ordered a Strawberry Blonde sundae. Unfortunately, I didn't eat it until I got home. There were no biscuits, only two strawberries, and the rest of it was just ice cream. Horrible!

I took my daughter’s here tonight. You know to just get them out of the house. They were horrible. The manager was rude as hell. The women that were making the ice cream didn’t even listen to me. I told him that I wanted Oreo for a topping they literally put an Oreo on the side of my ice cream. I simply just asked him you know to toss my gift card and he’s like you can do it yourself. It’s a trashcan right there. I mean, I would not recommend this location. We did not stay to eat our ice cream. We went home.

Ice cream and cookie dough tasted like cleaning chemicals.

Amazing service, delicious ice cream and overall great people! My whole team and I stopped for a nice ice cream treat and we paid with our company card. Of course I lost my receipt, I called to see if they can help find my transaction (2weeks later) they were so sweet and found my receipt and emailed me. Love this place, come over and get yourself a fabulous treat and great vibes ✨️

I placed on online order for a $40 birthday cake which was paid for when the order was placed. The order generated a confirmation email with the order details, pickup time, and the order number. When I arrived at the correct Cold Stone location after the time to pick up the order, I was told that the location did not have any record of my order. Showing the rude employee my confirmation email did absolutely nothing. I waited while the two employees helped other customers. When they finally got back to me I was told that the ordered cake was not in stock, but I could have a different one that was in stock. Not having another option, I took what was available. One of the employees wrote “happy birthday” as requested on the original order after helping even more customers. The cake itself was good (as I would expect for a $40 cake), but the whole experience was pretty bad. I got something different than what I ordered. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get the cake that was different from what I ordered because the employees were much more focused on helping other customers. I was not offered ANY compensation for getting the wrong thing and waiting. But the worst part was the way that I was treated by the employees. Somehow they were basically saying that it was my fault that the cake was not there and ready to go despite me several times showing them the confirmation email. The level of customer service for a cake with a premium price was pretty deplorable.

Worst place to go. The guy who was behind the station was chewing gum loudly and mixing ice cream, who knows his spit might come out. Also they were touching the cone inside. No hygiene . They do not pay attention to what you ask, serve different ice cream and you will get a cup if you ask a cone or other way also. This franchise is spoiling the brand name.
