Literally the worst Coldstone location I’ve ever been to. They’re always rude and don’t know what they’re doing, but recently we ordered a custom ice cream cake and everything about it was wrong. The frosting had way too much dye and tasted like bitter chemicals, they didn’t bother to chop up the strawberries so half of the cake was rock-hard, impossible to eat strawberries, and I’m pretty sure they interpreted the “strawberry jam mid layer” as “add more whole strawberries to the middle of the cake.”

Horrible mixture of ice to cream. Yuck! When any fast food place makes ice cream they combine a creamy element with what is essentially an ice element. That is why you can taste the difference from one McDonald's, for example, to another. One place might dial up the proportion of the ice element to save money, and then the ice cream tastes watered down and sometimes even has kind of a slushy consistency. That's what I paid top dollar for at this Cold Stone yesterday. This extreme low quality of product was surprising and disappointing. I never thought a Cold Stone would do this, as I've never experienced the cheap, icy type mixture at a Cold Stone ever before. Gross. Will not return.
Seems silly to review a franchise like this but I love this place and the staff are always hustling to get the line moving. They've made us several custom cakes that turn out well. Always friendly. I probably go here more than I should.

We came in and the ice cream all in the back because the freezer is broken. We asked for cookie dough ice cream and the ice cream was vanilla…. Also it was already melted (see photo ) and not ice cream at all.. It was very difficult to understand them and they also were talking to each other and poor customer service.
