Disorganized. Clutter on most aisle corners. Frequently found items without prices listed. Poor flow and items out of place.

Super cute place and nice people! I enjoyed the treats and wide range of goodies!

I guess I am not sure how to rate it. Nothing blew me away. It's the same deal with every box store - if you know your price per unit is when you'll know if you're getting a good deal or not. For example - watch the price of 35 cans of Diet Coke vs down the street at Target. Who is cheaper?- sometimes Target by a bit! Not sure about any 'Karen's' as from reviews prior. The employees I encountered were just fine. You'll find them ("Karen's") anywhere. Not sure how it's Costco's fault. Don't come in a state if you're emotional and have a tendency to eat your feelings. Now I have two huge tubs of Nutella to cry into ... that I probably, no really, didn't need... but hey my price per oz was a steal! (they we're on sale) Happy shopping.

Threatened at Costco: I just bought a bedroom set in the Eden Prairie, MN Costco. I told the staff that after the purchase I would return to pick up the large items with a rented truck. I have been a 10 plus year member of the store and have seen items sitting at the exit for customers like me to pickup their large purchases after arranging an appropriate vehicle. Upon my purchase this past weekend, i was threatened by the extremely rude staff that I had 30 minutes to get the items out of the store "or else!".

Not only do they have wonderful low cost items, but they require a mask to shop. This is my "go to" shop instead of Target. Target does not require a mask, and there are too many people not wearing them. Remember, wearing a mask protects OTHERS. It is a sign of respect.

Great products and kind staff. However, many customers who frequent this Costco, specifically the middle-aged female customers, are textbook examples of "Karens" on the prowl for an issue. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for other locations like Maple Grove and St. Louis Park. Guys and non-Karens, come here with the expectation that you WILL be unnecessarily snapped at by a Karen, most likely for not being 6 feet away, even if you are. They are especially aggressive by the produce cooler, and can sometimes be seen wearing shirts related to high schools their kids presumably attend, such as "Prior Lake Lakers Dance Mom," or "Eden Prairie Eagles Cheer Mom." You have been warned.

A great place for just about everything. They require a membership but it’s worth every penny.

Costco: my one stop shop for everything and anything I've ever needed in my life. Food? They've got you covered. Name brand clothing? It's . How about household items, toilet paper, and the like? There's plenty of it ! And in bulk. And the best part is? It's all cheaper than what you can get in other grocery stores. You may have to purchase a yearly membership but it's honestly so worth it and saves you so much $ in the long run. We go here at least once a week and always enjoy the large selection, the friendly employees, and the abundance of samples. Seriously, they don't run out of samples here and there are plenty of them available even during the weekdays. I would say the only downside is the gas station gets crowded. However, they have a good system - 3 pumps per line and plenty of room to pass people. The line goes by fast so it's not a big deal. Tip: don't pass up the Costco Brand toilet paper, paper towels, and clothing detergent. Kirkland does an amazing job at making their items comparable to name brand items. And it's cheaper than anywhere else.

Costco Optical Dept. CostCo glasses problems. The eye doctor at Costco was more interested in updating my prescription (to sell glasses) than in assessing the health of my eyes. That COSTCO can sell you new glasses. Eye doctor updated my prescription at a cost of almost $200 billed insurance. When driving the car dashboard was fuzzy with new CostCo glasses; Also long distance eye strain after a few hours of use. Old glasses still worked fine. CostCo doctor bumped up the power of the new prescription and made one eye stronger. This caused problems. Finally went to real eye clinc and their prescription identical to my old glasses which had remained the same for 4+ years before going to CostCo. So CostCo just wasted $200+ of my money and insurance $ that paid for the doctor visit but not the glasses. MY EYES SUFFERED WHILE COSTCO MADE MONEY!!

Time to brag about my Costco in Eden Prairie again. Dave has always been a shining example of friendliness and service at the gas pumps. Now he has competition—Hutch and Cal. Both Hutch and Cal have offered and filled up my tank from start to finish in the last few weeks. The bonus is that all 3 of these guys are so nice! A big thank you!

Costco gas is so much less expensive than all other gas stations. It moves along quickly although there is always a line.

Costco employee to the rescue! Last week I bought 55 dollars worth in stamps and was in a hurry out the door. As I was unpacking my car when I got home, I realized I didn’t have my stamps with all my other purchases. In a panic, I called Costco and explained my situation (most likely dropping them in the parking lot). The kind man took my name and number and said he would see if anyone returned stamps and would also look in the parking lot. 20 mins later, I get a call back and he had found them on the ground in the parking lot. Thankful that this employee took the time to search the parking lot when it had no benefit for him and that a stranger did not steal them. This situation gives me yet another reason to LOVE Costco!

Costco has some great products and prices, but I don't like their use of single-use plastics in their snack bar/cafeteria. Our earth cannot tolerate anymore plastic. Please consider eco-friendly alternatives, Costco!
