Maybe I keep going during the shift with the worst staff, but for this location I always end up with bowls that are extremely lacking in food. Also, the acai bowls are never served correctly. They are always running out of either acai or blueberries and end up filling the bowl with extra strawberries I didn't ask for.

First time dining at a Crisp and Green. Very popular and busy lunchtime location. Salads were fresh and flavorful. I appreciate that they toss them with the dressing. A bit crowded and noisy due to popularity.

Service is great and the food is very good and fresh for the most part. My only complaint is that sometimes brownish arugula makes its way into the bin and ends up getting served. Employees really should remove this beforehand—if you wouldn’t eat it yourself, don’t serve it to customers.

As a past employee of the Original Crisp & Green, this locations performance is severely disappointing. I ordered an Online Delivery for the Fiesta Bowl, the Fajita Peppers and Onion were severely undercooked and cold. I did not receive the extras I had paid for and overall, quite disappointed in the performance of some franchises.

I can’t believe it took me this long to try Crisp & Green! I honestly thought it might be overhyped, but wow I was totally wrong. Everything we ordered was so fresh, so flavorful, and just felt clean and nourishing in the best way.
The menu is packed with options, and I seriously stared at it for a while trying to choose. There were that many tempting combos. Both dishes we got were incredible, and now I’m already planning my next visit to try more.
Definitely a spot that exceeded expectations. Healthy food that actually tastes amazing? Big yes.

Great location in EP. I’ve found there’s a general inconsistency with the food and service across this chain. I definitely think that could be addressed. As far as food goes, generally seems to have good, fresh ingredients. It’s a restaurant I visit but don’t really seek it out.

I have been here a few times and the most recent was good, not great. It felt like they were nickel and diming every item I wanted in my salad. The lettuce was room temperature, not cold. I think a salad bar would have been better.
