The food and atmosphere is always great! Even when they are short staffed, the employees do whatever they can to make us happy.

OMG! Just waited 15 minutes in the drive-through for a chicken strip basket. 15 minutes!!! If I wanted to wait that long, I would've gone to a sit-down restaurant!!!
If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else.

Gm is rude and lacks basic people skills. Gentlemen taking orders at the counter was AMAZING AND DESERVES A RAISE.

The employees at this location always seem genuinely happy to see you and happy to get you what you want. Great job, everyone!

Waited for 15 minutes in the drive through, the person in front me of waited a similar time. Then finally greeted, as we were on lunch break at 12, didn’t have time to keep waiting for “fast” food. I wouldn’t leave a review but this is the second time this has happened here, either have staff that doesn’t care or they won’t hire enough staff.

We had the pleasure of having Cornell as our waiter. He is high energy and extremely friendly, having stopped at our table to make sure our food was good and even brought us forks and napkins for our meal. He speaks loud, but made the atmosphere amazing. I imagine working with him is a joy.

Disappointed in our recent visit. Not as good as it was over previous years. Service was friendly, but staff was very unknowledgeable about a mint chip blizzard, and a brownie batter blizzard. Blizzards were not mixed well at all.

I went to this location around 7:30 pm on Jan 1st 2025. And the staff just looked and was in the back cooking. Did not say I’ll be right with you. Just a moment I’ll be right with you. The staff just looked at me. I waited for a couple of minutes for someone to come by to help. But no one did. So I left.

Great customer service by the entire team especially the very pleasant and friendly man working the counter.

We were standing in line for 5 mins.. NO ONE said on the intercom to give them a second... or hold on... nothing.. it was completely empty... one car in parking lot... only one other car behind us... we drive up to the window to see if it was open a chick comes up to the window rudely says you didn't even give us a chance to respond... (my husband had said hello after waiting patiently for 5 mins waiting another 2 MINS WITH NO REPLY ) so my husband still being polite says oh sorry, & she just rudely says "go back around"... yeah no thank you.. we don't want anything from you after that. Never again.

It has been hit and miss at most DQ locations including this one but last night was perfect. Tatyana gave great counter service inside and the food was correct, hot and tasty. The Blizzards were made correctly. The whole crew seemed to be on top of everything.
