Honestly can’t go wrong here. I love this place. The shakes and teas are always amazing. I’m hooked on the unicorn tea. The staff is also amazing!!
I have a staff of 7 over here at Stretch Zone and we always go to Flex Nutrition to fuel our team for a big day of stretching. Katie and Mitch answer our call of 7-14 orders depending how much energy and protein we need and they whip it up for us within 15 mins. Great place to partner with and super friendly.
Mitch and Katie are the best and there are always plenty of delicious and creative options for whatever shake or tea you’re in the mood for!

The best teas and shakes you can find! McKenzy and Trey are so friendly every time I come in. They have been so helpful when it comes to teaching me about what makes their products so beneficial for my nutrition and health. Cannot recommend a better health club than this one!
