It's okay... Only 4 of the 6 ice cream dispensers were working. Boxes and dollies in the hallway. Worth a try, but a 3/5. Kids won't care tho.

This was a frequent high school favorite and I still go back occasionally when in town. Flavor selection is on the small side but everything is good. Heads up though, I would recommend waiting until summer 2026 or at least the start of the school year to check it out. The most recent time I wasn’t paying attention and did not hear the cashier ask how I was doing. I have worked in retail before and understand inattentive customers can be frustrating, but their subsequent comments were extremely unnecessary. It was definitely the most uncomfortable interaction with an employee I have had in a very long time. Staff turnover seems to be reasonably quick though and I have never had an issue before, which is why I am recommending just waiting a bit to visit.

Freeziacs is full of the nicest people in the world! Welcoming you in and asking about your day, almost as if you have known each other for years! Refreshing snack! I wish there were more Freesiac’s. This is the first one I’ve come across in years. It’s my favorite frozen yogurt ever and this location did not disappoint. Friendly staff offered samples but I knew I was going doe the the salted caramel mixed with vanilla with a little granola. Yum!

Kids and I had Freezix tonight for dessert and so yummy! Also Kelly (asked his name for this) gave us great service. When I left him a tip, the jar was so full - I must not be the only one impressed. He let me use both my coupons (which I wasn't expecting). Also we came about 1/2 hr before close, and he didn't make us feel rushed or anything (I know this is supposed to happen but doesn't at some places or with other people). Thanks Kelly!

We walked in and got to home make our froyo. It was fun making it. Some of the ingredients tasted or looked old. We weren’t greeted either. It was alight. I wouldn’t recommend it to others or plan to come back. Better froyo and ice cream options nearby and they are a fraction of the cost as well.
