Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Eden Prairie

Room met my expectations and the front desk staff was very friendly.

I hosted an event in the Garden Room at this hotel and the staff were very kind and helpful. The meeting space was perfect for our group and the catered lunch that we ordered and the hotel provided was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Would definitely consider staying at or holding an event here again!

The location is a little hard to find but it is nice that it is a bit secluded. Room was spacious and clean. I love that they had a breakfast buffet and a made to order options.

The school I work with put me here. The lobby smelled like a wet dog the whole weekend. At night, I could hear the person above me walking hard and flushing the toilet. There was water damage on the bathroom cabinets. The room smelled like mildew. In the fitness center, the peleton and treadmill TVs wouldn’t connect. The 25lb weights were disintegrating in my lap and 1 treadmill wouldn’t speed up.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

I have stayed in much fancier hotels, but I have never gotten such wonderful service. My husband was staying for a work course nearby and I was allowed to tag along. The rooms were decent and the bedding comfortable with a firm mattress (not rock hard). Tvs however are a bit small for my liking, but we didn't use it much anyways. Did not use the pool or gym however the gym looks nice. We were booked under a different rate than we were supposed to be, but they gave us breakfast included anyways for the mix-up. I asked to take breakfast to our room and was given to go containers. Our waitresses were all wonderful and the staff at the hotel was great. They even gave me a late checkout time since my husbands course was until 4pm on day off checkout. Overall our stay was the best hotel stay I have ever had hands down. I've stayed at dozens of hotels due to my work and never recived stuck friendly service. Ask nicely and if they can, they probably will. We stayed from 9/8-9/11. We will be back. Ice machine only works on the first floor. The pool room is too warm and the Jacuzzi is broken only the feet jets work, sort of. They should have mentioned that before we booked since we asked specifically about the pool and jacuzzi. Told us to enjoy the continental breakfast between 7-10, wish they would have mentioned it cost $16.95. Was not worth that. Friendly staff, clean rooms, just overall disappointed. Not the worst hotel i have stayed at.

Paid 259.00 for the night hot tub don't work no free breakfast. Next time I will stay somewhere else I can get a lot more for my money else where

The staff was nice and the hotel appeared to be clean. The reason I gave it two starts was because I reserved a double queen room, but when we got into the room it was a King suite with a pullout sofa for 3 adults. They did this to my friend too. She fought it, and she said it took an hour to get it fixed. I didn’t have an hour because we couldn’t check in until 3 o’clock and had to change quickly to get to a formal event nearby by 4. She checked in the day before, so she had time to deal with it. I won’t be staying here again. Sleeping on a pullout couch in your 50’s makes for a sleepless night!

We loved the room we had, but it was 90° outside and our air conditioner didn't work!
The food in the lobby restaurant was delicious.

Air conditioning didn't work for the hottest week of the year. Front desk personnel couldn't do anything. The ice machine on the second floor was out of order. Went down to the front desk to get ice Mon thru Wed. The front desk was happy to fill our ice needs.
Thursday night, the front desk clerk was rude and walked my wife to the machine, but it was broken too. She finally filled our ice bucket from behind the front desk. Cooks in the dining room were excellent in food preparation.

The restaurant is amazing. I ordered the salmon bowl which came with wild rice pilaf. It was absolutely delicious.

Great rates, awesome staff, clean rooms. Great location!
