Got the jacuzzi suite. The bed has no box spring and is laid on plywood, very low to the ground. Mattress is awful. The plywood base was hand cut and protrudes beyond the mattress, husband caught leg on an edge and cut himself open. The jacuzzi tub is great. Pool and hot tub are nice. Check in staff and continental breakfast was great. I think the number one thing that is important about A hotel is the bed/mattress. Epic fail at this location.

Rooms: Bed is horrible.

We were given a handicap room with a very low bed that was hard to get in and out of. The towels left much to be desired. Desk clerk was very nice and friendly.

I will never stay here EVER AGAIN in my life . The only lady who was nice and made me feel welcomed was Michelle she deserves to work somewhere else. I notice they gave another lady a free breakfast because it was taking a long time or actually she couldn’t get checked in… but it also took me 30 mins to get checked in and no ONE never offer me a free breakfast. Secondly when I came to the manger about how her staff treated me she very offended instead of listening to me and told me she charged me a 50$ fee for the cleaning fee for the board room we used… mind you I cleaned up everything because I’m a clean person… her staff who gave me the room never told me I had to vacuum which really was the only thing and really it wasn’t nothing on the floor. I WAS the black person in that hotel. This lady called the police on me for speaking on how I feel. I will never stay here in my life and I will get all of my money back for this stay.

This hotel is full of great people who strive to make genuine connections with their guests. Automatically walking in the doors you feel comfortable- the rooms were clean, the food was awesome, and the location is placed conveniently, right off the freeway! My favorite Hilton property to stay at.

Hotel is in poor shape, old dirty carpets, cracked tiles in the elevator, stained pool area with rusty lifts. Pool floor area was extremely slippery indicating water had been sitting for some time. The rooms were not dirty but not completely clean, hairs in ice bucket, stains on pillowcases and furniture, was humid and caused everyone staying to have nasal congestion. Door battery died twice, staff was quick to come charge it however. Everything felt very old and in need of replacement and updating.

Great spot to get away. The food is great. They have a very nice breakfast here. I was able to get on the first floor in a junior suite. Bed could have been a little more comfortable and the TV a little bigger, but it was clean and spacious.

Room was very nice. Our toilet was acting up and the floor was wet from lots of rain but staff were very nice to deal with. Breakfast was delicious.

Paid for a suite and got a closet. $300.00 room and then tried to charge us $13.00 each for a breakfast that most hotels provide complimentary.

Well, the A/C was shot when we got there. We didn't realize it right away as we checked in pretty late and went right to bed (after trying to turn down the temperature). But we woke up and it was about 80 degrees. I went down to the desk and the lady there talked me through resetting it. So I followed her directions, but then we had to leave for a soccer game. Came back to find the room slightly warmer and went back to the desk where I was told that maintenance would be contacted. Two hours later, we had to leave for another game, having heard nothing yet I went back to the desk where I was told that maintenance didn't work Saturdays and they would switch our room when we got back... Naturally, we came back and were told that there were no other rooms and maintenance would be called... eventually, they got someone in and the unit was replaced, but it was an all day process that was only resolved because we kept following up with them, which I hate doing. But it felt like they were hoping we'd just shut up about it and move on.

Additionally, several outlets in the room didn't work (the USB outlet was visibly missing pieces) and the backdoor which should have required a key to open at night opened just fine without one.

That being said, several on the staff were very polite and the breakfast wasn't bad.
