The hotel is very close to our facility in Minneapolis. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is good. I love to take a walk to Bryant Lake, just half an hour from the hotel. There are some places to eat on the other side of the street. Often, I have a beer at the bar after work.

Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. After a few minutes of laying down, I was in pain. By morning it was unbearable. For context, I travel about 10x per year and in my 20 years of business travel have never experienced anything like this. The breakfast is not included. For a suburban mid-range hotel, this is unexpected. It would be different if I were at the Marriot or in a downtown location. Also, the sidewalk is in really rough shape which makes rolling a suitcase problematic. That's easily solved by walking in the parking lot instead.Other than that, the hotel was clean. I will never stay again even though it is literally across the street from the office.

Front desk staff are very friendly and can be helpful. However, I said to have no room serviced for cleaning and also left out a dnd sign during the entire stay. The room was entered twice when I was away on business.Room and hotel needs upgrade. Dated and older toilet often didn't work. Plus, the internet was very slow.Restaurant / bar - Chef is very nice and accomodating. Bad part was the bar overcharged for a drink I paid normally before. Bartender was condescending to me during and after that. Also, bartenders only gave attention and respect to the 'regulars'.Sad thing is I said I will be visiting each week for a year and still was not treated properly in the end.Needless to say, I chose another hotel for my weekly business visits over the next year. Also, I will share this with my Hilton Honors rep in the hopes improvements can be made for future guests.

-NO HOT WATER-Rooms have a lot of “ where in tear”. Not up to HILTON STANDARDS. At ALL.- Outdated/Dated overall-Broken/exposed electrical wires on exterior light fixtures. That are suppose to be illuminating landscaping. Not the ground.***BREAKFAST STAFF WAS “TOP NOTCH”. Very assertive, alert, and polite. You never go wrong with “made to order breakfast”. French Toast was priceless.Rooms: UPDATE. Repair/Replace your Hot water heater’s. HORRIBLE, cold, no pressure shower at 5:30 am was a complete nightmare.Noteworthy details: Time to REMODEL…please.

Rude guy that checked me in. Mimicked everything I was saying. As if he was making fun of me. (He too was Asian).Ice machine was broken and I had to go to the second floor for ice.1 of the elevators broken.I asked for room service because my son got some pound cake all over the bedding and there was a dirty diaper left in there. After being gone for 12-13 hrs, I return to the smell of the dirty diaper stewing.I hot downstairs to ask then why they failed to do so "due to short staff, we need to know 24 hrs in advanced." Tell me how that works if we're there for 2 nights, he got crumbs on the bed in the morning, so I'd have to sleep in it either way and rooms service would be there to clean after my check out.I ended up having to take the vacuum upstairs myself to clean and bring the dirty diaper down (which I could've done had I not been told room service would do it).I was asked to stop at the front desk by Luann so the shift lead/manager would adjust the rates for my inconvenience, that lady didn't even acknowledge me.The icing in the cake, the playpen they brought in for my son obviously hasn't been sterilized, sanitized, or cleaned in general, my son ended up catching hand foot and mouth!By far the worst experience at a Hilton hotel! I do not recommend.

I experienced a nightmare in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here under any circumstances. I checked in with my husband and daughter on Saturday, July 29th around 4pm. David at the front desk checked us in. We went to sleep at 11pm. As we were sleeping, someone came into our room around 1am and turned in the light. I thought it was my husband. Then, the lights were off and as the door was opening I opened my eyes and a stranger was standing inside my room and yelled, “God damn it” and slammed the door behind him/her. I jumped out of my bed feeling like I was going to have a heart attack, without exaggeration. I immediately went to my daughter and she was still sleeping. I looked at my husband and he was asleep, exhausted. I thought I had a nightmare. And I started praying and asking myself if it was a nightmare or if it really happened. I went back to bed. As I was trying to sleep the phone rang in our room. There is a lady named Luann on the phone. She said, “what is your name? What is your room number? Who let you in? You do not have a reservation here.”I answer some of her questions but I was in disbelief the front desk would be calling our room at 1am. I asked her who she was and where she was calling from because I was starting to doubt if this was a prank. I told her I would go down to the front desk because I couldn’t believe she was calling me from the front desk at this time. She answers, “perfect, see you here.” And hangs up the phone. I spoke to my husband and explained the situation. He called the front desk and argued with this lady and refused to go downstairs to fix anything at almost 2am at this point. The lady realized my husband made our reservation and said there was a mistake. In the morning when we went to go get our new room keys since our keys did not longer worked, I refused to speak to Luann and told her I would only speak to a manager. I asked her to please stop talking and just give us our room keys. She told me I would not speak to a manager without listening to what she had to say to me. She told me she was looking after the safety of my daughter and my husband. And that she doesn’t know what is up in the rooms. Then, she had the nerve to give free breakfast to my husband and my daughter only because of the inconvenience. I told her I still was expecting to speak to a manager and she went up to my husband and handed the manager’s business card to him and said, “here is my manager’s card, sir. I no longer wish to speak to your wife.”I have traveled to a lot of places due to work and for pleasure. This experience was the worst nightmare I could of imagined. I spoke to the manager and she was empathetic. However, the fact that our room key was given to a stranger at 1am, that I received a phone call interrogating me about who let me in and saying I do not have a reservation at the hotel in the middle of the night, and the treatment in the morning where I was shown zero respect as a guest or human, was not compensated correctly. We received a full refund for our stay and 20,000 points in my Hilton awards account after speaking to the manager today. However, I just don’t think I ever want to stay at a Hilton again. This was the worst experience I have ever lived and wish no one lives anything similar to what I experienced yesterday.

I had specifically called to make sure their hot tub and pool were working. The front desk said yes. After check in I go to use it, only to discover it was closed for maintenance. Furthermore, I left my oversized bottles of conditioner and shampoo and call the hotel immediately and have gotten nothing but the runaround and no one seems to know where they mysteriously disappeared to.Rooms: Not that greatNoteworthy details: Staff is ver unfriendly

My husband and I were here for one night. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! The hotel lobby is starting to show some wear. Hallway carpets were stained and didn’t look as if they’d been cleaned in awhile. The room itself was also worn. The bedding was clean but mattress was really hard. We won’t stay here again when in the area. As the title says this property was not up to the standards of other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at in the past.

The bar is closed and they didn't have supper service, even though the app stated they did.

This hotel made us feel special before we even walked in the door. We called ahead for a few requests and Michelle was so accommodating we felt like we were calling home. Their customer service exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this location to anyone looking to book in the area.

This was our first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn Eden Prairie. Stayed three nights for a vacation with friends. Beds were very comfy, staff very helpful, clean hotel, great pool. Only one elevator was working, only one ice machine was working, and the hallways were very warm. We did have to point out to staff that there was some tile pulling up in our room - appeared to be water damage. This was a tripping hazard. We did not ask to move to a different room, but probably should have. Great location for visiting Mall of America.

I had checked in at 1:30 am and was traveling with my dog. The front desk associate Bre was extremely helpful and even suggested a different location in the hotel to meet the needs of me and my dog. Everyone I met who works here is smiling and very helpful but a special shout out to Bre from a weary traveler!
