I found the staff extremely receptive, clear in their food advice and very helpful in selecting various refreshments. Additionally, the broth is traditional and full of flavor, not an MSG preserve festival. One can taste the various spices and herbs, as well as the meats, that cook into the base, which makes dining here a memorable experience.

It was so cute in there! The robot was adorbs but the food was really bland unfortunately, our server never smiled or made eye contact and just was monotone the whole time and made us feel unwelcome, also gave us food poisoning

I found a bug in my food, and the response was completely unacceptable. All they offered was a $1 drink—as if that makes up for serving contaminated food! When I asked for a discount on the bill, especially since both myself and the birthday guest completely lost our appetite and stopped eating, the manager was rude, dismissive, and lacked any empathy whatsoever.
To make things worse, as soon as I mentioned the bug, staff quickly snatched the plate away before I could take a photo—clearly trying to hide the evidence. One of the employees even admitted they see bugs all the time. That’s absolutely vile and says everything you need to know about their cleanliness and standards.
While the other staff were polite and apologetic, that doesn't change the fact that this place is unsanitary and poorly managed. I will never be returning, and I highly recommend others stay away. This experience was not only disgusting but also deeply disappointing.

This was my first hot pot experience in Minnesota. There was a good selection of items and the food was good! My only complaint was it was a bit loud in the restaurant. I think I will come back on a non weekend day because it is more expensive on the weekend. ($38) the drinks were so reasonably priced and the hot pot technology was the fanciest of any hot pot place I have been! There is a tray that lifts in the hot pot so you can get all the food out! Loved the sauce bar. The beef was good, but wasn’t a fan of the lamb. I will definitely be back on a non weekend!
