Literally found fishing line around the blue crab legs didn't realize until after placing crab in the broth boiling the fishing line in the food. They did nothing to resolve the issue charged my card $100 dollars for the dinner then gave us two cheap free drinks and didn't care about the PLASTIC that was found in our food. Absolutely disgusting.

something different then your regular hibachi restaurant. I certainly enjoyed the different selection of food to cook in the hot out. Along with the veggies they have in the buffet. Even the dessert was a hit! the robots did a swell job with bringing food orders out. The restaurant has enough space to move around so no they didn't bump into anyone if anything. Very clean restaurant. Will be coming back!

This is a great introduction to hot pot. The food quality is not the best but the service is very quick and helpful. Loved the robot! We definitely got our moneys worth of all you can eat.

The food was amazing but the service was from a robot. So I didn't tip. And they worker ran out of the restaurant after us for a tip. When it was an undeserving tip. Why would I tip someone when a robot was the one that served me. I am unimpressed. I was a server myself. And if didn't get a tip I would NEVER chase someone out and force them to tip me.

I'd wanted to try Hot Pot City since it opened and it met my expectations! We luckily were seated right away. But even if you had to wait for a table, there's plenty of things to do to kill time in the rest of the mall. It took awhile for our server to greet us initially, but she was extremely attentive the rest of the evening. The $33 price for all you can eat on a weekday is an excellent deal. And beers were $3 - yes please! The ingredient selection is impressive - and they come out on cute little robots! The wood ear mushrooms are my new fave. The broths on their own weren't super flavorful, but they were a good base for cooking the foods. We got the lemongrass and chicken black garlic. I'm also a sucker for a good sauce bar. I can't wait to come back and bring friends!

What a cool experience! Make sure you are very hungry as it's all you can eat.You pick two broths and then order items from an a la carte menus. There is a lot to choose from so try a handful of items and then go with your favorites.Bonus is that there is a kitty robot who delivers all of your uncooked food so that you can drop it in the broths of your choice!
