We were having a great time till another lady came and she kept looking at us every 15 minutes thinking that we will leave without paying. it was so uncomfortable till we left. Never going back!!

great customer service, would definitely come back here to try more of their menu. i ended up choosing the buffet option but will come back to further explore india palace dishes.

If I could I would have given this so called indian restaurant 0 stars. At this point you can call rice, spice and oil as pulav. As a indian I have eaten at many places all around Canada, India and the US, this is the worst place I've been to. How did this restaurant even get awards as the best indian restaurant, they even got a award from Google maps. If you really want to taste authentic indian flavor I recommend you don't waste your time here. A really good indian restaurant I would recommend is Indian spice house, really good and has a authentic indian flavor.

Highly recommend. Everything was delicious and the service was attentive and friendly. Lots of vegetarian options. We’ll definitely be back.

Worst food ever tasted. Pakora Manchurian instead of Veg Manchurian! Never order any indo Chinese from here. Worst food. Restaurant guys don’t take order if you don’t have ingredients to prepare.

Amy is one of the nicest servers i have had. She explained all the dishes to me and i loved every bite.

Horrible Service!! We asked a simple question about the spice level and the manager (Amy) came over, voice raised aski by what is the problem. There is no problem but in the middle of explaining the concern, she walked away. Amy needs to be taught a lesson in customer service. We won’t be coming back here again and we will make sure we tell all our friends not to come here until the manager learns to be respectful.

Amy the manager is very rude, raised her voice when we asked her why our food that was ordered was not as we requested. She started snapping. Service is horrible.

The environment is very welcoming and the staff is very nice and caring. I had the buffet and all the items that I tried are very good, especially the tandoori chicken. Definitely stop here if you want real authentic Indian food and to leave with a full, satisfied stomach. 😊

Aloo paratha, garlic Naan and gravies are just yummy.
Couldn't hold myself from eating more.
