Jersey Mike's Subs

Been a long time jersey mikes customer but this was the first time I went to this location. I was very impressed! Everyone was so friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy customer service. It was so nice to see. I don’t live in the area, but if I can make an excuse to get a sandwich here I will in the future.

Went into this JM for a large complicated catering order (10+ meals $100+) and this place cranked it out in no time at all, mistake free. This jersey mikes was ran more efficiently than the navy — I would trust them to be in charge of the US government!

The employees at this location are really nice and my online orders are always promptly ready! I like that you can make any of their sandwiches into a bowl to make them healthier. The turkey and provolone bowl with extra meat is my go to!

I travel for work a lot, so I go to a lot of different Jersey Mike's. They are so consistent from store to store, I know my go to #13 regular, on wheat, Mike's way, will always taste the same!

Went in on Saturday every table was clean and the sub! Man best sub ever! If you haven’t been going to jersey mikes you don’t know what you’re missing out on. Everything so fresh as well! Thank you

I don't consider myself entitled, I like to think I give people the benefit of the doubt every time, however, blatant incompetence, over very basic procedures? I see that as a lack of training, or the management working their people in inhumane ways, like clopens (close shift, then opening shift the next morning)or just not caring by the employee. I went to this location, hoping for the normal experience where I get my food and leave, with no complaints or problems, but, I asked for Mayo, then extra relish, the guy slathered the top with relish, forgot the Mayo, then put at least a half a cup of mayo on top of the relish, the sandwich is inedible, it's more mayo than any other topping. I also asked for a half cut instead of quarters, 5 seconds later the guy cuts it in quarters, when I had asked him not to less than 10 seconds before. I will be requesting a full refund or 2 new sandwiches, not made by an ignoramus. 50 DOLLARS for 2 mounds of slop is unacceptable.

It shouldn’t be that hard to make a sub without onions!! To be fair, their Philly Cheesesteak sub is the best for a fast food place. However, if you need to have it modified, speak very clearly and repeat your order (multiple times), watch them make it then check it before you leave the restaurant. I have ordered a Philly multiple times and tell them no onions. They messed it up each time. The general manager also lacks interpersonal skills, so don’t expect any resolutions if your order isn’t correct.

I'm always impressed by the quality and consistency of Jersey Mikes, and this location was one of the best. Excellent staff, clean store, and well-made sandwiches 🥪 👌 👍

I get a #6 every week from this location. Staff is always great and personable regardless of the wait. Wonderful experience every time
