Ryan and Grace got SLAMMED and they made the best of it with a GREAT attitude. Line a mile long and online orders (like mine) stacking up and STILL with a smile. Dang I wish I had more cash to tip these 2 gems. People can be so crabby having to wait etc…great job you 2

Excellent sub, but what impressed me the most was the guy making our sub was diligent about changing his gloves. He was cooking bacon, but before he sliced the meat for our subs, he changed his gloves. Spoke to him about it and he told me they are instructed to change gloves when they switch to a different task. I wish all sub shops operated this way.Kudos to management for taking hygiene seriously. Will return whenever I am in the area.

Rob, thanks so much for making our first experience at Jersey Mikes great! The entire team did a wonderful job making our orders and we had a great time interacting with Rob while he made the subs. Excellent sense of humor and great customer interaction! Careful Jersey Mikes, I’d hire Rob any day! We also loved sitting out on the patio and would never have known about it if Rob didn’t suggest it. Even though it was 97 degrees, it was great! It felt like we were on vacation in the Carolinas!

ordered ahead of time and still took an hour to get ready. That should not be the standard. By the time I got my food the bread was damp and soggy. The customer service was horrible and we got little to no response when we asked how much time was left. If i am ordering ahead i expect that it will be ready when you said it would be. Watching people walk in and receive their food at a timely manner while many others and I were left in our cars bassically stranded. Would. Not. Recommend.
I love Jersey Mike's! I always go to the one in Eden Prairie. I went tonight and there was a new guy working. It was close to closing time and they were a little behind so the manager stepped in to help him out. The new worker messed up my sandwich so he said he'd make it over and had to call the manager back over. I could tell the worker was kind of nervous but the manager was amazing with him! He told him "It's ok everyone has done it." I thought that it was so awesome how kind and patient he was with him, and I wanted to give him a shout out! I didn't get his name, but he was a young African American gentleman at the Eden Prairie location. If more managers displayed kindness and patience companies could keep employees!
