We’ve ordered from this JJ’s a few times in the last year and every time has been worse and worse. They make sandwiches wrong, forget sandwiches and this last time- they just (in their words) “straight up forgot to make our order”. No apologies, never. I live a few blocks from this one and it always takes forever to get it delivered. Tried writing in about it but they’re independently owned and the manager clearly doesn’t care that their business is being run poorly. 10/10 do not recommend.

Confirmed an order for 7 (30) piece party pack sandwiches for 9/13 at 2:30 pm for the EPHS Marching Band to feed 94 people for a competition. Called and sent tax exempt form on Friday so everyone was aware.
Received a phone call at 2:30 pm on 9/13 (time sandwiches were supposed to be ready for pick up) letting us know sandwiches weren’t made and if we wanted them. Were disappointed, but yes we wanted them as we needed to feed the band kids. Edward- manager assured us sandwiches would be ready at 3:15/3:30.
Arrived at Jimmy John’s in person at 2:55 and sandwiches hadn’t been started. When asked about sandwiches was gaslight and told “you told us you didn’t want the sandwiches”. This was completely false.
The 7 (30) pack party pack boxes were on the counter so they knew they had to be filled.
I asked how long it would take to make the sandwiches to feed the band kids and Edward looked around and stated “I don’t have enough bread made here to make your sandwiches” I’ll have to cancel your order.
94 people, mostly students, from EPHS were left without dinner as EP Jimmy John’s cancelled on us last minute and didn’t prepare when they knew we had a large order that was confirmed the day before.

Slowest jimmy johns in the world. Dont bother ordering online even if you are less than 5 minutes away from this location it will take at least an hour, first time ordering it took an hour and today i ordered again 30 minutes ago and still nothing no update no anything. Freaky slow is their slogan

I normally love this location, but today when my wife and I visited we were sitting and enjoying the music that was playing while enjoying our sandwiches when suddenly in the middle of a song it switched to some super loud and obnoxious mumble rap. This is not the kind of thing that should be played at a business.

Calvin and Emilio provided me with an amazing customer service experience, they called me by my name when I entered my rewards, they were smiling, very professional, the place was spotless and the food was top notch. These not only deserve a raise, but they deserve the top tier recognition for making the job look easy. 5 star 🌟 review from me. Keep up the great work guys.
P.S. not only was I happy with the service the guys provided, but the food, when i bit into it, maybe me imagine a world with no war where dogs and cats live together without any problems.

Don’t bother ordering for delivery from this place. Even when ordering ahead of time, my deliveries consistently arrive later than specified. This jimmy John’s isn’t freaky fast when it comes to deliveries. Save yourself the time and just go there in person.
This was the slowest experience I have ever had at a Jimmy John’s ever. 3rd car in line in the drive thru and it took over 20 minutes

Didn't get the food, and they kept my money.
No freaky fast. They took my money, made me wait through my whole 30 min lunch break, served the people behind me first. People were leaving because they couldn't wait any longer. I told the manager I couldn't wait and needed it refunded, got nothing.
