This looked like a well maintained store. The people working there did seem to want to get things done quickly and efficiently. For a Little Ceasars, this wasn't bad.

The pizza and breadsticks were hot and fresh, not something that sat around all day, but I did go in at dinner time, so it may be different earlier or later in the day.

I placed my order online at 5:35 for a pickup time at 6:15. Arrived at 6:15 went inside and was told it would be another 15 mins. Waited, and waited. Finally go back up to the counter and ask about my order, was told any minute. I explained to the worker how long I've been waiting, their excuse "sorry we're really busy". I then asked the name of the manager (Pedro). Then another worker brings my order out and told them I was missing a pizza. I explained one cheese stuff crust and one pepperoni stuff crust, they went in the back and found my order and brought it back to the front and threw it on the counter. In all, it took an hour and a half to get my normal size order. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN, and warn people to take your business someplace else.

Not consistent with the toppings. Our first order was amazing & extra cheesy, however the following 2 orders it barely had much cheese & the veggies didn't seem as fresh, it was very dry and bland. We asked for extra cheese every time, (so hopefully we didn't have to pay extra cause that would suck) but perhaps nobody is paying attention to those details on incoming orders anymore ? Idk. May quit going here simply for the last couple experiences alone, such a bummer cause that first visit was sooo good.

Went up to the counter to pick up the order and they forgot our Pineapple Pepsi! I guess leaving a generous tip does not insure proper service. No LC delivers to my location so pick up was the only option. 14 miles away, so a return trip won't happen again....ever.
The food is meh, I haven't ordered from LC in 10+, I guess that was too soon.

We waited nearly TWENTY FIVE minutes for crazy bread and cheese bread!!! Wth!! Actually, I have NEVER BEEN to this location and it was a Tuesday!!

My food is always fresh and delicious. Have been offered free things in the past when the wait is super long. Recommend trying their pepperoni crazy puffs. Sometimes it's quite busy and packed here is the only downside

I ordered pizza with extra sauce and it looked like they put less than normal on.Also had Buffalo wings, but they did not have any kind of dipping sauce.

Polite staff member, but they got my order wrong and it took way to long to fix. Also, I wanted to place my order online, but I got all the way to the “Confirm Order” portion (I had already entered in my credit card information and tip, and then the site said it could not complete my order and that I needed to call the store to make my order. I’ve never ordered from Little Caesar’s EVER, and this experience has left me with the knowledge to never order Little Caesar’s again.
