Polite staff member, but they got my order wrong and it took way to long to fix. Also, I wanted to place my order online, but I got all the way to the “Confirm Order” portion (I had already entered in my credit card information and tip, and then the site said it could not complete my order and that I needed to call the store to make my order. I’ve never ordered from Little Caesar’s EVER, and this experience has left me with the knowledge to never order Little Caesar’s again.

The competency of the employees was obvious to me. It's cheap pizza for sure, but the employees were fast and efficient. I arrived too early to pick up my order and yet was assured it'd be done soon. It did not appear to be particularly busy at the time but I feel bad for arriving early nonetheless. This is a favored location for me in this state.

We waited 20 minutes for an order of crazy bread! There wasn't a single staff person in that store who looked like they were acting with any urgency whatsoever. Horrible!

Worst little Caesars there is. Terrible customer service (especially over the phone) and food is a heavy 3/10 rating.
I honestly miss how this store was ran prior with the last manager compared to the last few months. Idk what happen to the gentleman with the beard and wonderful tattoos but we sure do miss him he was the best manager I ever seen. It was nice to not see a new one every week or month. The way he treated us the way how he always had pizza HOT N READY and the customer service was the best! He left a huge impression on my family and I. We use to come every week continuously that was up until I say June or July… Now we probably come once a month (we have been enjoying “toppers” more so lately) this store is no longer not so fast and the incoherent red eyed employees always leaving pizza on back table always a 20-40 min wait (another reason I stopped coming for lunch deal) plus half of them barley speak or engage with customers it seems they are to busy talking about who they are screwing or getting smashed on weekend and or hitting vapes and smoking weed outside/inside store running to and from car. My daughter who is in high school said it looks like they run a trap out of this store. I was shocked when I asked her what that means “means drug deals” I notice the owner replies on here so I figured it would be nice if he was in his store more then just periodically maybe a occasional drug test couple help weed out the bad eggs!One more thing. If you take care of your BEST employees. They will always take care of your customers and create the type of experience we want and MISS.. also if you have the gentleman’s contact or the girl with the orange hair or the young black lady please let me know we would like to offer them a job with our companyThanks for your time.Max Hardy

Ordered online and picked up at the Eden Prairie location. Unfortunately the online status didn't update and let me know it was done so my pizza sat around for 15 minutes before I decided to ask about it. It was sitting in back on the counter waiting for me - but not in the heater - so a little cool. It was still tasty and nobody at home complained so no foul, but it would be nice if the technology worked.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza and bread sticks are available
