If there was an award for WORST SERVICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE this place would win! Bad service! Bad food is the only thing they are good for! THE MANAGERS are by far the most unprofessional individuals of all time! The staff don’t speak English! And the manager Today @12 pm was ready to fight me! What an embarrassment of an employee! If I the owner of this place I be careful because their behavior are going you in big trouble. Hire better staff and talk to your staff because if you wonder why sale have gone down this is why! Your staff!! Having to pay these ridiculous prices and you have staff like this treating customers you gone lose always! For $28 I can get a meal from a restaurant!

They should give a good explanation to the employees on how to treat the staff, I think they lack professional ethics by gossiping about the clients when I was respecting a schedule, the children's park closes at 9 and I was there at 8:27 I had every right to use it with my children, I give them a 0 out of 10 for the type of employees they have there.

I went through the drive through and the two employees that helped me were incredibly nice! Probably the friendliest employees I've ever met at a drive thru.
However, the burgers were not as good as at other locations. Not sure if it was a seasoning thing or if perhaps they were just older patties.

I showed up when there is one other car in the drive thru. It took 10 minutes for a McGriddle and a hash brown. How? I was just sitting in the drive thru waiting. Then the girl gave me someone else’s food so I had to wait longer to get mine.

My husband stopped at McDonalds to get me a large french fry. Attached is a picture of what we got! Freezing cold and barely any french fries. So disappointing when you pay $5 for a large and this is what you get!

Ordered meal but meat was old and overcooked. At first I ignored but it got worse. Returned after driving 10 mins and the crew were all over me thinking I'm here to scam over lousy burger coz I ate almost half of it. . I had to insist until they hesitantly gave me something... Upon reading reviews I found out really why this place is messy Please save yourself time by checking your food before driving.... They have a bunch of middle school kids playing around the kitchen with phones and not focusing on quality......

FAST SERVICE, whether you’re going through the drive-through, eating inside, or they bring your order out to you (which is my preference). All of the employees that I’ve encountered in the last year have been amazing! They know what they’re doing and have memorized everything McDonald’s needs an employee to know.

Wait ones in line for over 15 min Then waited another 10 only to get the wrong sandwich because their works DONT KNOW HOW TO READ ENGLISH every worker in that kitchen can’t speak English!! Can’t read English!! Can’t do their job! Making people late for work getting old food because you had to go back to get the right sandwiches!! HITE people who can READ!! The manager insisted of going to go make the sandwich herself as a normal manager would she waited for her employees to make it again making me wait another 10 minutes!! DO BETTER
