I order few burgers and fries on the app, just request one Ranch like always (every other place give me more than one free no problem), but when I reach the counter, the guy in a rude tone told me “You gotta pay for that!”. No eye contact, no “sorry lah”. Employee should service better—explain clearly in empathy way, like “Sorry bro, extra Ranch is 25 cents, want me add for you?” instead of make customer feel small. And the large fries?, it’s medium size only. This location think they big shot because prime area, treat customer like rubbish. Better skip this one, drive little bit more to any other McD —there get smile, real portion, and free Ranch 😀

Ahimè, lesson learned. Granted that we went past 8:30 pm the place was quite in disarray. We decided to take it to go. But, PLEASE, PLEASE do not pack my order if the pies are not ready to go. They asked if we wanted to wait. Fine, my mistake. We waited. It ended up to be more than 10 minutes. By then french fries and chicken nuggets... we'll you can imagine. Plus, we ordered 2 large fries and got medium without the monopoly game pieces. Well this location is off my favorite list. Moving on. .

On Friday, October 17th at a McDonald's Restaurant with store number 11568, located at 598 Prairie Center Dr, Eden Prairie, MN. I entered the store with my nephew to enjoy something to eat. We ordered a Big Mac Meal and a Deluxe Double Qtr Cheese Meal. Afterwards, I asked my nephew what he was craving. He told me he only wanted a cheeseburger with fries and an orange juice, and we paid. As soon as I checked my receipt, I realized that I could order another cheeseburger and with what I already ordered it could become another meal, since separately it would have been more expensive. I asked the cashier who had served me if he could please fix the order so I could pay a lot, the cashier started acting annoyed and very rude and said he couldn't fix my order, I told him to give me a good reason, that I had paid in cash, I didn't see any problem, but he claimed that he had only charged what I had ordered, and that he couldn't do anything about it since my order was already being made and he couldn't fix it, I told him that I was just going to add one more burger and that I would pay less, as a customer I wasn't happy with his attitude. I told him that I wouldn't take anything anymore and that he should cancel my order since his rude attitude had ruined my day.
The purpose of my complaint is not to harm absolutely anyone, but service is important, especially for us as customers, but with such a poor attitude as a cashier, I am outraged as a Latino, but I am even more outraged when the cashier with great arrogance said his name was Jesus and that he was the manager of that restaurant, I was ashamed as a Latino that another Latino would have that attitude, because when you accept a position as important as being a manager, it is because we feel capable of being an example to follow for our coworkers or employees, since the owner of the restaurant chooses us for such an important position, we must respond with respect and dignity to the position granted. I have been a manager of a restaurant for many years, and I was taught to respect my job, the owner and my customers. The idea is not to fire the manager, he just needs training and to always keep in mind the word TRUST, which is what the owner places in him, and HUMILITY and RESPECT towards his clients, and to treat his clients as he would like to be served in a restaurant.
Use mobile app or walk in and they have a drive up to order from any or all are very easy

Lets start with the ridiculously high prices completely asinine more expensive then most fast food places now. Went in for breakfast got the wrong item i called. Mark the manager answered. His tone of voice was rude acted like it was an inconvenience for him to make it right. He says i can either come in now or tmr and ask for him i said well i cant leave work currently. Cant you just put my name down and ill come back when it's convenient for me he said nope they dont do that any more. I mean if your gonna charge an arm and a leg at least have good customer service.

I order thru the app for drive thru.. gave my confirmation.. should be common sense that I'm here .. but they told me had to get on the app to say I'm here 🙄
A 30 minute wait for only a coke!
I ordered online, just wanted a drink. I get to the window and they immediately say “park” without any other instructions. So I pull forward. And it’s now been thirty minutes. Still waiting. Pathetic man. I know they won’t refund so I guess I’ll dispute with my bank.

Great location and kind people. I always ordered ahead and prepay on the app so it's a smooth experience. When a drive-up employee can manage to make me laugh before I've even had a sip of coffee in the morning, they're doing something right!

Went to get a breakfast McMuffin with a strawberry banana smoothie paid for it then went up to the window to grab my food when I got the wrong order. I asked the young man that I got the wrong order because he handed me a small frappe. The young man looked confused because maybe there was just too many orders idk. I wasn’t mad. Wasn’t going to blame him but then this older man (idk if it was a shift manager or what) came up to the window and said “ so what? What do you want? Your money back?!” I just told the older dude I just wanted my food and he gave me the strawberry drink and my sandwich and told me to “have a nice day”. I will have a nice day sir even though I got a breakfast biscuit instead of a McMuffin. I’m not picky. I just wished the older guy handled the situation better. I wasn’t giving him attitude or anything but I get it fast food can be stressful. Hopefully next time I come back for breakfast, it’ll be a better experience.
