Ordered delivery through Panera application for lunch. They use Door Dash to deliver food and driver took wrong order. I NEVER received my food, was charged for the food and call 3 times went into a call tree and basically got disconnected all three times. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH A MANAGER! DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY!

National chain, you know the place. They have great bread and bagels (especially the cinnamon crunch), fresh salads, sandwiches, soups, etc. Always a good stop for all you can drink coffee. In addition to the soda fountain they also have nice teas of varying degrees of sweetness. You can really control your food choices as everything is marked with vegan, gluten free, calorie count, etc. Recently they offer a coffee club subscription that is only $8.99 a month and you can get coffee multiple times a day. If you live anywhere near a Panera or plan to get coffee there at least 1-2 times a week, its totally worth it.

ordered ahead for pick up- waiting outside for 45 minutes before another person who had been waiting told me she thought no one was there. so i left and sure enough my order was refunded an hour later. no sign on the door and they let me order without a problem while failing to mention they are closed.

We just got take out from this Panera and I am appalled by the tiny portions. $42 and each "meal" was tiny, we aren't even big eaters. What a rip off!!

Panera Bread's cookies first of all are delicious! I received a beautiful gift box and was so impressed with the quality and care in the packaging. This is a wonderful client gift that anyone would be thrilled to receive.
I could eat here every day. The food is great and variety is good. I have always been impressed with the staff and the pick up process.

Panera has a good selection. The place is big with free WiFi. Panera has a new self service/order, but you can't pay with your smartphone, plus you can't pay with security chip. The service is quick. If download the Panera app you can order from a table also.

The service at this location is great, and the food is always delicious. Their warm grain bowls are tasty and fairly nutritious. However, I do think Panera's prices tend to be a little high.

I placed an order today at 9:40am to be delivered between 12:15pm-12:30pm. After talking to the manager on the phone at 12:45pm, 1pm, 1:15pm and 2pm; my food finally arrived at 2:20pm. I received an e-mail at 12:17pm saying my food was out for delivery. Not only am I upset that my food was two hours late but I’m upset with the lack of communication. Each time when I called I was told they were very busy and that my food would be here “soon”. I was told they would call the driver and get an ETA and call me back, which never happened. I even had to ask for a refund and my food to be remade. Terrible experience. I will never order from this location again.
