Me and my wife were in peoples organic in eden prairie yesterday for breakfast. We waited for 40 minutes to get our food that sat in the window for over 20 of them minutes. People that came in after us were getting there food and finishing it before we got ours. When asked the lady behind the counter told us we are in line to get our food which was still sitting in the window as she went back to making coffee. We continued to wait and after asking a second tim she finally brought us our food of witch was cold and way over cooked I couldn't eat it so I returned it for a new plate. After an hour with no food I asked for a refund. I did not get that refund. This is very disappointing. We will not be returning unfortunately.

I just projectile vomited from eating your soup. I am now cleaning up wild rice of from my carpet. I would very much like a refund for my door dash order and you need to look into your Eden Prairie kitchen because someone is not washing their hands. I will be telling everyone I know not to eat here. I would negative stars but that's not possible.

We paid 10% for two cups of coffee, but we only got the coffee that was filled half full. They even used paper cups so we couldn’t tell that the coffee was only half full before ww took several sips. I wish I could pay tips after I actually see the service like the way it used to be. Very bad experience. To be more specific, we ordered 2 vanilla latte, I don’t think we are supposed to pump it by ourselves and we can refill it. I was surprised that coffee was delivered to us by the same person who told us that we need to come to the bar to get it when the coffee is ready. I believe this was done on purpose since I said the order was for here, and I didn’t understand why we got paper cups that usually for to go orders.
Order the Buddha Salad + chicken every time. Today, it was not an enjoyable experience - my mouth was on fire!After mentioning it to one of the waiters, she said the kitchen said it’s the harissa on the hummus and there’s nothing they can do about it. In that case, it’s inconsistent recipes as it’s NEVER been that hot - no exaggeration, I started perspiring and chugging my water. I had to stop eating it (which sucks since it’s a $20 salad).Didn’t feel the staff really cared about my concern - nor did she offer anything else. A glass of milk could have helped ?

Ordered a meal and simply asked for no black pepper on it as im allergic and when i open it up it's literally loaded with black pepper on top. Disappointed they weren't able to follow simple instructions and couldn't eat the meal.

Chicken sausage omlet: sausage cut into hunks, some so hard that it was difficult to skewer then with a fork. Sausage had very little taste. Omelet was firm like the free breakfast ones at hotels. Cheese inside was generous but ordinary yellow cheese. Coffee dispenser didn't work correctly so a staff person cheerfully took the top off and poured a cup for me saying the pot hadn't been working correctly. Got to my table and discovered the coffee was barely warm. When a wait staff person came by, she cheerfully offered to bring me a cup from a freshly made pot. Overall; clean, comfortable, friendly and prompt service, but I expected significantly better food.Dietary restrictions: Had glutton- free toast option. Didn't see toast condiments available. Had to ask for honey which was promptly provided in a portion cup.

I didn't actually order anything except the day old pastries. They're not bad and they were happy to warm them up for me. Very friendly staff. I'm mostly removing stars because it smells like a dank bathroom in here and the smell is overwhelming from my table. I like their music, but if they put some effort into making it smell pleasant in here, it could be a really nice hangout spot. Perhaps a fire place? Or at least some candles or burnt aromatic herbs?
People's organic is perfect for catching up with a friend or colleagues anytime of day. The booths are large and you can actually hear each other! The menu has something for everyone but order the quiche if you're not sure. Coffee or wine, it's one of our go-to's.

I LOVE Turmeric ginger tea from this place. Ordered it and the $4 teabag was super sparse. I mentioned it to the gal behind the counter and she said it is weighed out and is very expensive tea. I am well aware of how much this tea costs as I order it online. My tea definitely had the correct color but had NO TASTE!!! There should have been at least twice as much tea in that bag. No offer of fixing it-just told me it is weighed out and has the proper amount.

If you have a gluten allergy, do NOT eat here. Was served regular bread and politely asked them to remake it, not just switch out the bread. They agreed to remake it yet served me the same plate with gluten free bread. Wait staff was rude and downright clueless. We will never be back.
