Do not order from here if you actually want to get food. I ordered online and never received any kind of notice that the store is closed and I would never get my food. When the food was 20 minutes late I tried tracking the delivery and that was the first I was notified, by DoorDash no less, that my order had been cancelled. I tried calling the store and nobody ever answered the phone. This was right around noon on Sunday February 2nd. I will be complaining to corporate.

Even though the app and website show the dinner box comes with icing and marinara, I was told you have to pay extra for those. This Pizza Hut has done nothing but disappoint me. They once served me "breadsticks" made out of pizza crust... oh and it was 2.5 hours late.

It was just for takeout. I tried it because I was doing DoorDash that evening and I wanted something quick and easy to eat while driving around delivering food. I had the personal pizza & it was hot & fresh. The store was very busy, and yet the store manager was up front taking orders & finalizing all the orders & deliveries. She had a nice inviting bubbly smile & attitude. I was very happy to be greeted by her & have come back to that store specifically because of her! She is a keeper for sure!

We placed our order on the Pizza Hut website... and the food never came. When we called the location, they basically threw up their hands and said "Door Dash picked it up" and that it should arrive eventually. 2 hours later, it's after 10pm = no dinner for the family and we now we have to dispute the charge with the bank.Pizza Hut doesn't take responsibility for the orders placed with them, even though the website charges you for it.

Crappy service and mediocre food. Don’t deliver all items ordered multiple times and promise to “fix it” on the next order. They don’t and forget something on the new order. Call to find out where the missing item is and they put you on hold for 45+ minutes and then hang up on you. Call back and they hang up on you. Their ineptitude has lost this family’s business permanently and we will not recommend this store to anyone we know.

My family and I wanted to order food for tonight but we called several times and they never picked up until the 6th time and the person I was speaking with wasn't paying attention to what I wanted. I asked for two large pizzas with cheese crust but he said they didn't have with cheese crust so I just asked for the pizzas and wings and they kept on saying they have no cheese crust when it wasn't even what I was talking about. They were also being very aggressive when talking but our loyalty to pizza hut didn't stop us from ordering so we just call to another location we drove farther to the pizza hut in Shakopee where the service and people are nicer and better.We hope this person at this location understand that customer service is the key for business.I am a Eden prairie resident for 25 years we think that the way this guy talk is the same way he clean and organize.if this person talk this way to a gust this place should do something.Before they lose business.Next time I will record my call.To share.Thank you for your time.

Be prepared for a long delivery because Pizza Hut outsources delivery to another company now. In our case it took 1.5 hours from order to delivery. Food arrived barely warm and was not fresh out of the oven like we are used to. Pickup at the Pizza Hut yourself if you want that.

Pizza took an hour and a half to be delivered. I ordered the big box. One pizza was undercooked and was over cooked/burnt. BOTH were cold and greasy. Frozen pizza would’ve been a quarter of the price and tasted better. It’s unfortunate because I never used to have issues with this location.
