Staff was super friendly and talked to us right away. The food however wasn't my favorite. The wings were underdone and super rubbery. The pizza was okay but also left much to be desired. We love Indian food and the flavors just weren't quite there for us. We got the lamb meatball pizza and the meat tasted like it was a few days old.

The food is great, but their service is terrible.We ordered to a hotel, room# provided. Their delivery driver decided to leave our order OUTSIDE in the wind, on a bench near the front door. We received a call but there was no audio, no indication that it was regarding our order, and no further communication from them. Checked the lobby for our order and asked the hotel clerk if anyone left it with her. Didn't see it obviously, as we didn't think to check the bench outside.After about an hour of waiting, my wife called the store to ask for a status update. They told us it's been delivered "to the girl" and that it was "put on the table". She informs them that it never made it to us, and they kept asking her to "talk to the girl". Checked with the hotel clerk again, and the clerk found it out on the bench and brought it to us, but most of the order was missing and the pizza was of course ice cold.Wife called back to ask for a refund or remake. After a few minutes of repeatedly explaining the situation and asking for a resolution, they agreed to remake the order. We waited in the lobby for them this time. Two pizza karma employees showed up, a manager (I'm assuming) and the original driver.Provided the name on the order and they confirmed it was for us, but then the manager became too focused on arguing with the hotel clerk instead of handing us our order. I asked "excuse me, could we please have our order?" and the manager told me they had to sort out the issue of the previous delivery first. After waiting for her to stop arguing with the clerk she finally hands us our order, and takes a picture of my wife holding our order for some reason.Wild. Not going to order from them again.

I had their new chicken bowl for lunch and it was delicious! I didn't add the sauce due to food sensitivities but tried a little and it was very tasty. They even brought me a different sauce option that the server recommended and that was great too. The ingredients in the bowl were super fresh and the rice was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: I wasn't eating dairy when I went and the server knew all the ingredients of the chicken bowl and the sauce. Even though she reassured me there was no dairy in the sauce she still had the sauce put in a cup on the side and gave me another non-dairy sauce she thought I'd like instead. They made eating out with food restrictions easier than more restaurants!

Great food, great service. Nice inside. Hand tossed hot honey pear tender was sweet and spicy. Mango Frappe and Chai beverages were very good. Pizza Karma has compostable waste and is Eco-Friendly.

We ordered samosas and lamb meatball pizza from the food truck at Steel Toe Sunday 2/24. My first time trying Pizza Karma. Unique flavors, fresh and delicious. Samosas were big and crispy, potato and pea filling w spicy dipping sauce. Perfect with a Sissel (raspberry sour) from Steel Toe!
