We love Qdoba generally but this location needs new management. All the recent reviews are horrible and I know why.I went in on a slow hour and ordered 3 burritos, I asked for light beans and the employee (you g African American man with short dreads) didn't acknowledge me at all and poured a huge scoop of beans on my "light bean" burrito. He was pretty rude with the rest of my ordersI got a cup of tortilla soup that was half full, they left half of the container empty. For the price I hoped they'd fill it to the top.They were also out of Pico, one of the best ingredients in a burrito... They said I could wait but it would be hours. When I asked if I could get a discount or coupon or SOMETHING because they didn't have my favorite ingredient they said no. They said there'd absolutely nothing they could do.Such a bad experience. I was nice, it wasn't busy, and when they said no to me I smiled and wished them a good day, despite zero help. The shift manager (white kid with long blonde hair) was nice but was no help.Read the reviews before you go to this location. I wish I could have half an hour of my time back and have just gone to another location.

I can tell the managers actually care and you can tell they actually take the time to get the order right and prep the food right. They give me the right portions and are always trying to make sure everything is ruining smoothly. Blows Chipotle out of the water and outside of local places I don't see any chain competing with qdoba rn between price/quality/quantity of the food you get.
I told them I was vegetarian and they gave me lots of great options and were exceptionally helpful and kind!! Thanks Julian and AK

Terrible Service, the lady who serves is not at all kind, she puts on a bad face and has no patience, the man who charges the same has a bad face and abusively when you swipe your card, he adds the tip without your consent of how much you want to

Worst customer service I have ever had. Our online order was shown as completed and it wasn't even started. We received it 34 minutes later.
store manager was rude and unprofessional. (I think he said his name was torres). I asked him to change gloves before making my meal. he responded with "these gloves are clean". I don't want pork from previous food getting mixed into mine. after I kept asking he made a face and changed themburrito was pretty good. rice was a little old but the queso made up for it.

My order was messed up there was barley any rice and meat in the burrito and there was onther that was just rice an beans mostly just tortilla in 5 burritos i ordered, I returned to the restaurant to get it fixed and the general manger ( he was a little older- nothing wrong with that) in the evenings was rued he got angry took the food from me and with force threw it all in the trash he gave me a dirty look. He yelled at another employee to help me instead and he just ignored me and left me there waiting and the place was empty. It was a horrible experience. I generally like the food there but after this definitely won't be going back.

One of the worst burritos I’ve had in a long time. Tortilla was very dry and chewy with the steak not being much different. With prices going up everywhere, this place will definitely be taken off my list of places to go. $15 dollars for a burrito and a drink with this kind of turnout? It would have hardly been worth it if the meal was $5.

Ordered food through the app a few mins before 6pm on a Thursday night before leaving work. The app stated my food would be ready at 6:10-6:20 pm. Walked through the door at 6:17pm to stand and wait for my food until 6:45 pmThe most ridiculous wait for a fast food establishment. More mad at the fact that my food was made around 6:25 only to wait on one component of my meal so by the time I ate it was stone cold.The undercooked and soggy chips after the long wait resulted me writing this review.
