I ordered online and was given a 30 minute wait which was okay since it was lunch rush hour. But now I have been waiting an hour for 3 tacos and they just dropped my chicken for them. Like are you serious? Nothing. No apologies, no communication, no discount, nothing. Honestly, really disappointed in the service today. I usually love this place but today had horrible staffing issues or something. The 12 people that came through the door after I had been there waiting 45 minutes all got there food first too. How backwards is that?

Great customer service, especially from Kendrick!However, the prices have gone way up and some of the recipes have definitely changed. Not as good as it used to be. I talked to some other people I know, who agreed. Please go back to the old recipes!

The place was fairly empty, but yet they still took 30 min to fill an order of tacos for two people, even though they told us it would take 10 minutes tops. The place was pretty dirty as well and all in all, a huge disappointment. The shrimp was barely edible. 5 yrs ago, rusty taco had amazing tacos. Now, they've gone completely downhill.

The four of us walked in, not from the area, and were treated by Michael. He explained the menu and options to us and made some wonderful recommendations. The food is great. It is reminiscent of Fuzzy’s Tacos, if you’ve had them before. However, the game changer was the other team members who helped us during our visit that really took the experience from average to great. Michael was genuine, patient, thorough and communicative! The others were caring, efficient and helpful. We read about the brand and values of Rusty Taco online before visiting. While Michael let us know the store was under new management and the food was really tasty and plentiful, the values are really curated by the team and drive the part where we come back or not. This crew is invaluable and sincerely deserve to be recognized. The service industry has taken a huge hit in the last few years- not only in the workforce numbers but the standard of quality service too. When you have an experience like this, it’s not soon forgotten. While we aren’t local to MN, we will be sure to return when we visit again and will highly recommend this location to friends and families (and strangers) traveling the area. Thank you for the best meal of our vacation.

I have eaten here twice before and it was good. Today I came in and ordered 2 Picadilo tacos and they came out absolutely soaked in grease. Like dripping. After eating I was wondering it it was truly grease or a mix of grease and sauce and sure enough it hardened at room temperature.

It's only the condition of the bathroom (which wasn't the worst 1 I've everseen, but still, the toilet seat was dirty & it wasn't stocked well) & the fact that there were so many dirty tables when it wasn't really busy @ all. If it wasn't for these 2 issues I would've given Rusty Taco 5 stars. The place is cute & easy to access I had the crispy fish & the crispy cauliflower tacos. They were both delicious, definately way above average. Just really really great & I would order them again for sure.Vegetarian options: They have a really great crispy cauliflower tacoKid-friendliness: Not too formal & I did notice a kids menuParking: Not the largest lot but there were many spots open

Yes Yes Yes!!! Finally they hired some good employees. I live at Elevate and really wanted to love this place with its close proximity to me. I had almost given up after several "less than favorable experiences" but this new squad is outstanding. The place was cleaner and more organized as well as the execution was what I've been hoping for. I was so excited that I asked of all the employee's (3) names. In the 20 minutes I was there, Jake and Jack constantly rotated through the restaurant checking on customers experiences and cleaning. Rochelle just keep producing high quality food. This was my second time back in the last 7 days, 2 different teams but the same result. Thanks so much for upping your game!!!!

I've been enjoying various Rusty Taco locations over the past few years. There are a few things I've noticed. Most importantly is that the quality of food definitely varies from location to location. I've been to every Rusty Taco in the metro and the Eden Prairie one always shines far above. Especially today. I was actually so impressed I asked who prepared my food today so I could bring my coworkers in tomorrow and wow them!Shout out to Kendrick the Night Manager!He absolutely knocked it out today!!

Queso with Chorizo was so good like off the charts good along with fresh chips that were warm! Our taco bowl was loaded up with great ingredients and topped off with queso and last bit not least, the Picadillo was nicely spiced with great onions and potatoes. Excellent visit!
