We hosted a private event at Redstone American Grill and it was excellent. The food was great, fresh and beautifully presented. Guests raved about the menu choices. The service was fantastic: attentive, professional, and proactive without being intrusive. The private dining room and outdoor areas made for a beautiful setting that set the perfect tone for our celebration. Valerie, the event coordinator was great to work with from start to finish. She was responsive and made sure our event was exactly what we wanted from our first meeting to day of execution. Highly recommended for private events.

We dined on a Saturday night at 7pm. We made reservations and were seated promptly at 7. Had our food by 7:40. It was extremely busy and the service was great.
Four of us enjoyed our evening at Red Stone in Eden Prairie. The food was delicious. The Skillet Lodge Cornbread with the maple butter was wonderful as was the Avocado Chicken Salad appetizer. Our server, David W., was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We will be back....and asking for David W's. section!!

Lovely patio atmosphere and being seated on the patio was quieter than in the restaurant. Great service and food.
The chicken chop salad with avocado was absolutely delicious! Perfect dressing, a little good bacon, good chicken, blue cheese-it was one of the best salads ever. And I loved my Bloody Mary. Good flavor, and not too strong so i could safely drive home. It came with some cheese cubes, olives, celery. Yum!
It was raining so we couldn’t sit outside, but the patio looks fun, pretty and quiet.
Besides good food and drink, I lingered there with my friends for a few hours. What a perfect place for my afternoon!

We always enjoy Redstone chef special brunch. This time there were so much food that none of us got seconds on anything. Possibly the best part of the breakfast however, is the beignets they are outstanding possibly the best we have ever had.
Everything was fantastic! Buffalo shrimp on point as always, the walleye was delicious and wow that cookie skillet is beyond. Didn't care for the live music guy literally begging for tips that was slightly off putting but no matter food and service was great we sat outside it was gorgeous!
Great dinner over memorial weekend with my two sisters. First time for them to Redstone and they loved it. I think it is my hundredth time having come here for almost twenty years. Thanks Redstone!
Our waiter, Justin, was the best! Very kind, caring and and with us. Drinks and food were excellent! Definitely go back!
Is this place open? I called around 3 today (Monday) and the phone rang 4 times- no one picked up? Hours posted online say they are open!

Very disappointing experience at Redstone in Eden Prairie. The service was completely off all evening. We waited an extremely long time for drinks and food, while our server was clearly overwhelmed and running nonstop as other staff stood around talking.
The chopped salad was barely chopped and looked completely thrown together. For a restaurant that presents itself as upscale, the overall experience felt disorganized and far below expectations.
What added to the frustration was that despite the excessive wait times and poor experience, nothing was adjusted on the tab. The server herself was kind, but management and overall service standards were lacking. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the price point.

Generally a favorite restaurant. This review is strictly about the poor meal served one of us. The shared caesar salad was old - at least half was the white part of the stems and they were all brown. Poorly dressed. The walleye came grilled and was overcooked. The mixed veggies were limp and overcooked. The dill aioli sauce had no dill. I asked for lemon wedges and were served them in a glass from the bar when I was halfway done with the walleye. There was pink relish of unknown ingredients. I took a small taste and almost choked on the heat. Really? My husband, who loves spice tasted it, too, and had to gulp water. Really? To top it off, I ordered Truffle fries. The cook had more red pepper than cheese in them and after picking flakes off so I could eat some fries, I gave up. Tried them on my husband and he didn't like them either. Why SO MUCH spice on everything and why don't you warn your customers? My husband loved his Rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Get that.
We come here on business a lot. The waiter was annoyed when offered Shrimp and I told him I was allergic. He was just so grumpy the entire meal like he hated his job. The entree cost here is an average of 25 to 30. This was surprising for the level of attitude.
