Redstone American Grill

Redstone never disappoints! The outdoor seating area is so pleasant! Our server was excellent too. The food was great! Redstone is one of my favorites!

We used to have Sunday brunch here twice a month and it was amazing. We moved away to Texas. We came to visit and the food was terrible, cold not fresh and the bathrooms were dirty. We will not be back

Food is always great as is the service. We enjoyed thee collect guitar music during our dinner.

Excellent food and service. It was noisy sitting by the kitchen and prices are a bit high on drinks for their value.

Redstone always has great food and service. Wish they would extend their happy hour pricing to entire restaurant and not limit to the bar area. If they did we would come more often.

Great service. Good food. Waitstaff is knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. Appetizer are good and the portions are large. Entrees are good, but portions are more modest and for a simpler palate.

I was served burnt meat loaf, but didn't even look like real hamburger the waitress was horrible she got us our drinks and she told us that we wouldn't be charged for the drinks because it was just soda water well then when we got the bill the drinks were on there and only because the manager had come over because my meatloaf was burnt and she took the meatloaf off the the bill so she had to charge us for the drinks I wanted to speak to a manager and she's wouldn't let us speak to a manager because she would get fired because she was going to allow us to get the drinks for nothing and she was very rude and she grabbed the receipt away from my husband and just screamed at us at the table never will I ever return there again we didn't deserve that kind of treatment we were nice to her and we just called her on the drinks and that was it and asked to speak to a manager and that's when she started throwing a hissy fit

Top notch servers on the outdoor patio. Checked back frequently. Refilled drinks, got the order in, made sure it was correct, offered dessert, top notch, pro-level service from the patio server- happy I took my business lunch to Redstone

Not planning on returning. Service was inconsistent at best and did not meet even modest expectations. Asked several times to NOT include onions on the salad. Salad had tons of onions when delivered to our table. Was overcharged for the salad. Price on the menu was $26, but the price on the receipt was $30. Very poor experience and would not recommend to anyone that is looking for a enjoyable dining experience. Will be dining elsewhere in the future.

Isaiah was our serves. He was fantastic. So was the food. Such a great lunch menu. Can forget the buffalo shrimp or Gouda fondue. Banana cream pie (deconstructed) was enough to share between the four of us. We'll be back soon. Been going for 20 years and only gets better.

I had the new crabcake sandwich and it was terrific! I didn't eat the top bun, because I didn't want that much bread, and it was perfect that way! We sat on the outdoor patio and it was a lovely day and our waiter. Jesus eas super.

Food was good and service was friendly, but notably slow. Nobody at our table for 10 minutes until I asked for help. Then a 45 minute wait due to kitchen being behind. It wasn't very busy, so surprisingly slow.

Our server seemed to be inexperienced - we waited almost 10 minutes after being seated before server came to table , over ten minutes before drinks showed, the. Almost 15 min before appetizer showed up. Almost halfway through dinner before my glass of wine showed up. Server never asked if we wanted to see desert menu. Over fifteen years of frequenting Redstone and definitely seeing a decline ....

I am so very sad to have to leave this review, but it was not Redstone‘s best example of food and service for a celebration dinner last night. A group of 10 was so looking forward to a birthday dinner celebration and the service was remarkably spotty and inconsistent, and the food quality was lacking. It certainly was not a standard that Redstone is known for. The manager was helpful and resolving some issues, however I hope they use this as an opportunity for training and quality control.

Fabulous environment. We sat outside and it was so beautiful. There was also live music that was just perfect for eating dinner. Food was perfect and service was attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go back.
