We ordered 8 burgers for pickup. Once we got home (20 minute drive), we saw we only had 6 burgers.
We called, explained the above, and were told ‘you can come back and pick it up’. The drive is 20 minutes - we have plans and schedules like most people.
We asked to speak to a manager and then were hung up on. An appropriate response would be to offer a refund and at the very least an apology. We got neither.
We’re out $15 and two of our group doesn’t have food.

Haven't been to a Smash Burger in years! Even better than I remember!! It was the first time I brought my kids and we all agreed: best burgers and fries out of anywhere else! WE LOVE SMASH BURGER ❤️😆!

This smashburger location sold me on smashburger. Food was excellent, hot and quality. Moses was a great manager, we went two times within a few day span and he helped us both times. I wish we had one close to home in Oregon.

What an awesome location! Excellent service , everyone was in a great mood, super friendly and professional. Food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. They really set the standard for how a store should greet and treat guests and how food should be cooked. I don’t care if I’m closer to another smash burger , I’ll gladly drive the extra distance to come to this specific location on Flying Cloud Drive.

Moses made us feel very welcome and they also had a deal that gave us one of our burgers for free as a first time customer this was a great experience I felt entertained welcomed and very well serviced.
Stood around and no one took our order so we just left.
