This was only my second time being at a Smashburger, but it was a very good experience. The guy working the register was also running food and doing other things, and he did a great job!! My Deluxe Double was delicious and the SmashFries were just as I remembered, I will definitely be choosing Smashburger the next time I am around one!!

The second you walk in the door you’re greeted with the musty mystery smell. Ordering is a really slow process because the poor guy although super nice, can’t handle the pace or multi task. Everything is dirty and the food ain’t great. Brough a group of 9yo boys and they all ordered chicken kids meals… not one of them liked it and decided to pile them on a tray away from their fries.

Probably the most friendliest, liveliest, and most efficient pack of crew I've ever seen and heard. Atmosphere is flawless, and the employees are 85% of it. Didn't even know it existed until I had a Doordash order show up at it, came in and immediately greeted nicely and enthusiastically. I love some positivity considering the way the world is, I'm glad people still try and uplift others without the need for reward. Burger was great, the first looks may be a little disorienting- but it most DEFINITELY rivals a five guys burger. Sweet potato fries can be very hit or miss from different restaurants, these weren't too bad- but I like sweet potatoes so. The mac and cheese is good, dunno what mans was talking about- that spicy mac and cheese tasted fire... like good, it wasn't really that spicy. Either way, I'll be glad to show up again- whether it's for lunch or Doordash. The employees definitely make this place great.
Rating as a fast food, burger place. They have good fast food burgers. We had the classic deluxe and the Colorado burger and were good options. They have quite a few options so you will find something you like. They have dogs too, which I am sure are good. Good variety of fries and you can upgrade to something special. The scorchin' were good. Not particularly hot, but nicely seasoned and pretty flavorful. Good variety of shakes. Got a classic vanilla it was fine. I think I would go for Peanut Butter next time.🤔 Yes I would go back. Staff was friendly and patient. Place was clean and well maintained. They were just coming off a lunch rush, and the manager apologized they were behind on cleaning few tables, but there was plenty of clean ones...it was nice gesture though and respectful. Well done.

Antoinette was the nicest most helpful staff! We've never been to a smash burger and she took her time to explain the options and recommendations. The food was good. We liked our burgers and the fried brussel sprouts. Definitely will go again.

This location is very nice but the person who you guys have as a lead or supervisor needs to be retrained they way she talked to the crew members was God awful very rude very disrespectful she just a nasty person overall she was not in they building one the employee's was calling her she came threw the door yelling saying I'm gonna send you home cause you keep calling me I was trying to go to the bank after that she comes up to the register saying my food wasn't paid for I told her yes it was it went threw on my phone then she starts yelling I told her she needs to chill out and her approach was not okay ,then it was two gentlemen sitting eating she proceeds to tell him bro you needs to come up and pay for your food he told her as well my food was paid for she says no it wasn't it's sitting on my register not paid they go back and forth and his food was paid for then one of the other employees starts trying to talk to her she started yelling at the lady then after that another employee starts talking to her she told him to be quiet before she sends him home I have never in my life seen someone with such behavior and to think you guys allowed her to be a lead or supervisor. As a Supervisor myself I have never disrespected any other employee, you guys really need to be ashamed of y'all self for allowing someone like her to even be employed for the company, what I saw was work place violence. You guys needs to retrain her. I will not return to this location

Man talk about a bad experience, Burger was overcooked but yet room temperature at most, waffle fries were cold. And on top of that the service sucked no manners no patience seems like there was attitude with the workers we walked in. Just bummed out overall, Won't be back.
