I waited 30 minutes to get one burger and a French fry. When I approached and said it had been that long, the manager was defensive and said they had lots of orders. No apology, very rude. There were only 3 occupied tables in restaurant. 2 people came in to order while I was waiting, they ended up leaving before they ordered because no one showed up in front for that long. I would have left too, if I had not already paid. I ate my burger right after I was given it and it was completely cold, it had obviously been sitting for awhile. I don’t have time to say any more about it or return it, nor do I want to have a confrontation with the manager who was so rude about me asking about my 30 minute old order. Will not return here, and honestly in any good establishment- my meal would have been comp’d for this service. I do not recommend this place unless you have a lot of time to spare and want to eat cold food and be spoken rudely to.

The smash fries are good. the burgers are not as good as they used to be. They seem short staffed and it's never very clean in there. It seems to be going downhill.
First time, for anyone in the group of 10 of us, ever eating at Smashburger. It was really good. Mushroom and Swiss had great mushroom flavor and everyone enjoyed their burgers and tots and onion rings. They were out of ice cream, so no shakes, but will come back to try that.
The food tasted great and barely any wait for a restaurant that makes burgers that aren’t fast food! However when I walked in there wasn’t anyone at the front desk leaving me confused until I saw one of the workers sitting in a booth on their phone get up to serve me. After he finished serving me he went back to the booth and just sat on his phone. A bit unprofessional but the food is still good!

The place was packed and instead of helping the tall lady with the streaks in her hair was standing around running her mouth to anybody that would listen. She was friendly but got pretty annoying quick, We just wanted to eat our food in peace and the lady sat there and talked and talked and talked about a bunch of stuff I could care less about

Placed an online order for a work meeting. Food for 10 people Hours posted say 10am. Placed order a day early. Went to pick order up at 10:15 to find that hours are 11am. No one called to change time, when picking up food an hour after I needed it, business said nothing. This should be updated. Poor customer service.
I hate getting my time wasted. I showed up at this location and walked in at 9:11, the locations says that it closes at 10. As soon as I walk in 2 employees, one behind the register turn there heads and awkwardly look at me I walked up to the counter and he tells me they're closed 9. I told him is he sure I pulled out my phone to show him there business hours which say 10. He says yes...If you are closed why was the door still open, why are you standing at the register waiting to take an order. I drove half an hour to get to that spot only to have my time and gas wasted and to be lied to by some employees that don't want to work. I will be reaching out to corporate.

My fiance and I ordered delivery the other week, no clue they used door dash to deliver. Had we known that, we wouldn't have ordered deliery. Food arrived cold, and was disgusting. So we decided to do order pickup today since we were eager to have a nice burger hot and fresh. We arrived on time for our pick up, food wasn't ready so it was another 10 minute wait, and the food was still cold. There were 2 people working and slammed with online orders it seemed.From the looks of it, they probably don't pay their employees well. They need to pay the employees more and hire at least 3 more people if not more so they don't serve cold food that should be hot. Especially if it isn't ready tight away. Like how was it still cold???

The milk shakes are absolutely amazing they are homemade literally right there real ice cream scooped with real milk and you can even get dairy free if u prefer non dairy as well spendy but worth every penny. The best burgers since Fuddruckers!!
I got takeout about a week ago. Service was incredibly slow, it was at least 20 minutes after the estimated pick up time before my food was ready. Tater tot portions were extremely skimpy. Staff are not very friendly. I paid extra for additional pepper jack cheese on a cheeseburger. Since I had to pay more I figured I would get the standard American cheese plus the pepper jack cheese. I didn’t, it only had pepper jack cheese. Why did I need to pay more then when they just substituted pepper jack for American??? All in all very disappointing.
