I’m so happy that this Starbucks remodeled with a warm and natural motif. Those with that industrial stainless steel design are awful. We were treated like valuable guests yesterday by the barista and had a very pleasant time. Our new, go-to Starbucks!!!

The Carmel Brule latte wasn't filled all the way. This is more than an inch of beverage missing that I paid $6+ for. Criminal.

Stopped in to get an iced coffee and a food item. Took a while to order but was only one in line. Asked for iced dark coffee... but they claimed they couldn't make that. They could do a medium roast though so I said fine. Then I asked for 1 cream 1 sugar and a bit of room. Then I waited over 5 minutes for my iced coffee. My food item was ready almost immediately. When I got the iced medium roast coffee it was bland. Too much milk. When I went to put extra sugar in to sweeten it, the lid wouldn't come off. The guy said their lids don't come off easy. This was ridiculous to hear. Frustrating experience and he offered to do it for me but I didn't want him touching my lid. So I left and stated I'll just go to Caribou where their lids are able to come off. He laughed childishly. I won't go back. Neither should you.

Terrible service. When it gets busy baristas will just ignore you and make you wait 15 minutes to figure out you need to order from their glitchy mobile app.

I’ve read the reviews. Everything seemed fine EXCEPT the flies… seemed as if the flies wanted to be inside more than outside. Well, they definitely made it into the building and announced their presence.

The fly in the picture conveniently landed nearby as I was writing this.

Slowest drive through ever. Even if you order online a head of time, plan to wait 20 minutes to pick it up through the drive through.

The best Starbucks around! You may see a long line at the drive through but they are SO quick it will only take a few minutes. I've always received my order perfectly and the drinks are always delicious. Food is okay but that is a Starbucks thing, not this location's fault. Always greeted with a smile on their face when I get to the window and they chat with you if the drink is ready yet.

The food could use more variety, customer service should be more engaging, ask if it’s take out or eating here, had to ask for my other items.
I told them the table was dirty and they didn’t react at all. I’m not picky, but that was disappointing because it was really dirty. There’s no trash can outside either.
If it’s clean it’s a great place to do work or sit down.

I bought two sandwiches and two beverages . One was hot chocolate. When I drank my hot chocolate it had a huge hair that came from inside my drink. Gross! Never again! I returned it right away. Gross!

It took 10 mins. to get a dark roast coffee and almost 15 mins. to get a chance tea. Takes way too long to get your coffee.
