Starbucks

I have been waiting 30 minutes for 2 hot coffees because I came inside and they serve drive through first. It is 2:30pm. Not even a rush hour. This is super rude. They also gave me one of my hot coffees as iced. I still dont have my correct order and the clock continues.

Wow. Customer service in the drive-through was amazing. Cheerful, genuine and really listening. It felt like checking in with an old friend.

Love the drinks but be careful with today’s drinks - whoever is working around 330pm ain’t paying attention and left their hair on my cup cap. Didn’t realize it till I was half way to my drink and the hair touched my lip.

Very disappointing experience. The young blonde girl said I was not allowed to have a water unless I bought a drink. I’ve been going to Starbucks for many years. I have spent thousands of my dollars there and the experience has been awesome, until now. I’m not allowed to have a water? Is she correct with this? Is this a new policy?

At risk of sounding like a basic white girl..... I placed a mobile order and got to this location 12 minutes later. They hadn't even started the drink and it was not super busy. I then stood in the store for another 15 minutes as the lackadaisical team seemed to be moseying around aimlessly. A big line of people started to back up because everybody was waiting for their drinks. They were moving so slow. There were five baristas, three of which were just standing around for 20 minutes not making drinks. Everybody in the store was looking at each other confused. When I did finally get my singular drink, it tasted terrible. Definitely not a Starbucks failure, but a total failure on the barista team that day.

As soon as I picked up my coffee it was so light for the venti size and it wasn't filled all the way and it went even further down after my original pic was taken. It's a total rip off for the amount that was paid( $7.33)

I’m so happy that this Starbucks remodeled with a warm and natural motif. Those with that industrial stainless steel design are awful. We were treated like valuable guests yesterday by the barista and had a very pleasant time. Our new, go-to Starbucks!!!
