I love this location; all of the baristas have been kind and professional during all of my other visits. I would normally rate this 5 stars, however...Today, a male barista removed the paper seal on a sprinkle container WITH HIS TEETH in front of me and my mother before shaking them onto my drink. We were floored and didn't say anything in the moment, but I was horrified. I don't want to get anyone fired over this, but that is unsanitary.

Parking: I watched a worker drop the breakfast other floor heat up the coffee cake and still put it in the package after she dropped it on the floor really would not eat at this place what else are they dropping and serving people

My barista was super helpful but the service was really slow and the entire coffee shop was super cold. I tried a gingerbread latte and it tasted horrible. I don't blame the people who made it. It was the drink itself that was bad.

I love going here . Staff are friendly and cheerful all the time.. always take my service animal with me only one time I had an issue about bringing her in and that's cause one employee claims to be allergic to them even though I didn't have to I took her back outside.They really try to get the orders out but some days it hard to do but I ain't complaining keep up the good work.
Parking: There is a shopping center there so there is more then enough space to park at
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome I'm there , they have stuff for the kids to eat and drink.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of places to go sit at the table
I am truly disheartened by the actions of the manager, who I believe is named Alia, at this location. Witnessing Alia engage in unprofessional behavior by slandering an employee in front of colleagues and customers was deeply disappointing. Crossing the line by publicly labeling the employee as 'untrainable' not only shattered the employee's morale but also contributed to a toxic work environment. Alia's slanderous remarks truly reflect poorly on her professionalism, and I can't help but feel they cast a negative light on the company as a whole. Perhaps this is why there seems to be such a high turnover rate at this location, with new employees joining every month or so.

The Floors were dirty. The tables were dirty and is was not very inviting to sit and relax As typical of Starbucks their pricing is ridiculously high. Caribou Coffee next time
One of the few truly cozy Starbucks left. No drive-thru either, which really improves the atmosphere and makes it feel like a coffee shop, not an assembly line. Plus I've heard the employees stand up for themselves when it comes to unfair management and exploitative labor practices, which is pretty cool of them.
