When ordering in the drive thru a girl starts talking over both me and the barista taking my order. My shaken espresso barely had less ice than an iced latte of the same size- and I was lectured by the same barista that was “to make room”. I get this drink at other stores every day and haven’t heard this as a comment from anyone. There was so much oat milk it was basically a latte with 3 extra shots and light ice. She didn’t offer to remake my drink and make it right.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years. I literally go every day and order the same drink: a Venti shaken espresso with no classic syrup, vanilla syrup instead, and no 2% milk sub vanilla sweet cream.

This morning, I was surprised to find that I was charged an extra $0.80 just to switch the syrup flavor. Seriously? Charging customers nearly a dollar just to swap one syrup for another in the same drink feels like a cash grab.

It may not seem like much (an additional $292 a year minimum), but for someone who goes daily and sometimes 2X, it adds up and it feels like I'm being nickel and dimed for customizing a drink I’ve always ordered. It’s unfortunate! Like what’s next

Loved the service! The Starbucks Barista was really nice, the drinks were wonderful and I loved her drawings. First for me at a Starbucks. Was feeling down but this made my day. Definitely will be coming back!

Staff are beyond rude, the drive-through barista consistently rolled her eyes at us, seemed offended when I asked for a sleeve to hold the hot coffee cup, and they made our drinks all wrong, and to fix it? They changed cups, dumped the wrong drink then added milk/espresso shot!

Careful with what you get here. I irdered a soy milk drink tonight on New Years Eve, but they put regular milk instead. Could taste something was off, but I initially just thought it was made poorly. My digestion doesn't handle that much dairy very well, so now I'm bloated and gasy.

This is, I think, the third Starbucks in a month I went into that said “you can’t order from the register, you have to go through the drive-through or use the app. At first I thought it was some type of a glitch, but it seems to be a pattern so it’s getting very frustrating. I don’t wanna download the app and obviously if I walk into the store, I wanna order inside. Get it fixed.

Definitely avoid this Starbucks. This location has employees with the worst attitudes. Walk about 200 feet across the parking lot to the grocery store location. Trust me. Avoid this location!!!!
