I order 2 drinks and asked for light ice and I saw then making if they filled the whole cup with ice and then put in the drink in and k get a venti!! And on top of that they didn’t even fill it up all the way and I’m so mad I paid 11 dollars for it! And the cup doesn’t even say light ice? After we specifically said light iceAnd when I went back I only asked for light ice because I know they put a pound of ice in the cup and barely put any drink. I know the Starbucks and what they do and how they make the drinks. I Heard them talking about how it wasn’t a big deal and at least I got my drink. And when I went back and said something they said they can’t do anything about it. So rude!

They don't take the rewards and their attitude is so nasty! Hubs tried to surprise me with a little treat using his birthday thing and they refused to even acknowledge the app at first. When he tried to ask about scanning the app to use the rewards she snapped at him saying 'we don't take that here!' in a nasty tone, so rude!

I ordered the pink drink and i asked for no ice and ice on the side so by the time i got it for my daughter, it wouldn’t be watered down. This stupid barista did not even fill it up all the way. whoever was working around 7:15 october 22nd 2024, i hope you get talked to by your manager.

My husband tried to surprise me with a pumpkin spice latte, he came home and gave it to me, it was NOT a pumpkin spice latte it didn’t even have the pumpkin spice on top, it was literally just a macchiato with ice and milk and whip cream on top. I usually get the caramel macchiato and it tasted JUST like it without the caramel.
My husband went back and told them that it wasn’t correct and the lady stated “I know I made it correct” and then when he stated it was just a macchiato (he’s tasted my usual and the pumpkin spice latte and even he agreed it was not correct) she tried to explain to him the difference of a “latte” and a “macchiato”. He didn’t go there for a lesson in lattes and macchiatos, he went to get the order fixed. He then told her “okay, but this drink does not have any pumpkin flavor in it” she then just said “well I can just add more syrup if you want”. (By this time the drink was already sweating and the ice was pretty much melted). He wasn’t getting anywhere with the worker so he just got the syrup and left, he threw it away before getting home because of how water down it was.
She tried to gas light my husband into thinking he was incorrect because she “made it correct” and she knew the difference of a latte and macchiato so she knew what she was doing. The bottom line is, if she made it correct he wouldn’t have gone back. He didn’t want to know the difference of a latte and a macchiato, the taste in its self was telling. The drink wasn’t even a light/ remotely close to orange like usual. It was just a very light (almost cream/beige) brown…
Customer service is horrible, drinks are horrible. The first bad experience with Starbucks in all the years I’ve gone.

Lady was short handed and was very rude to me .. I entered wrong target number in and I had her cancel order to re do my number .. she ended up calling for help .. and then she threw my food order on the counter .. the other worker that came to help said hey you can’t do that .. clearly this person does not work well under pressure and should find a new job ..

I mainly go to this location if I’m shopping at Target. Now I contain myself and go to a drive thru instead. Every time I got something here they either didn’t really know about the app (rewards, points and stuff) or my drink is made really poorly. We had a frappe a couple weeks ago that I literally had a couple sips and I was done with it. It tasted really bad!
