Worst star bucks ever! Here is why..I went to Starbucks to get a venti shaken expresso light ice. Very simple. They messed it up they gave me a latte with extra vanilla?? Uhh didn't ask for that. I went back and said "hi uh I think you did my order wrong" they were very rude about it. I told her what it was supposed to be. She slammed the drink down and coffee came out of the top. Even though I asked for light ice. There was EXTRA ice. I told her again about it and refused to remake it saying it's my fault. I payed 7.76 for a drink that's all ice. Heck no. Never going back here again.I hope this helped. There is a Starbucks in Jerry's just go there instead please! Unless you want ice instead of coffee

Look, this is a CHAIN coffee shop in a local grocery story. No trendy 'vibe' you're paying for, just the 'standard' that is suppose to be the Starbucks brand. The items are what you expect from a 'express' SB shop. If you need your coffee shop vibe - there is a full store across the street (drive through and all). Are they a little in the slower side? Yup, but hey labor and economic crisis - if you have the bucks to afford a $5-$7 cup of coffee, try to give them a spoon full of grace. But really - Thanks to the Jerry's Starbucks for always being so kind. I don't treat myself to an overpriced cup of coffee often, but it usually a good experience with this crew. Be blessed and stay positive this holiday season. ...and for all the grouchy consumers - don't be a grinch to these poor folks.

Worst Starbucks I have been to in my life. Got 1/5 drinks correct. Two drinks were water. Order was not hard but messed up 3 times on two of the drinks. Ended up giving up and just taking what they gave us. Honestly would push to have the employee fired.

This is the closest Starbucks to me... It's crazy bad. All the drinks are lackluster. I got back every time hoping that one would make my drink right. Literary any normal cold brew.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! I live in Bloomington, and truthfully, this location is out of my way. However, the staff here are fantastic - so friendly and efficient. They are never out of what I want, have never gotten my order wrong, and always offer a pup cup for my dog even if I don’t order it. Kudos to the management. Keep up the outstanding work!

my twin and I have gone here every single morning for over a year now, sometimes even multiple times a day & everyday THEY HIT!!! many employees have kindly memorized our annoying orders & they always execute perfectly! I’m so very thankful to have such a great starbucks I can count on, I drive 25 minutes to just go there cause it’s the best start to our morning! 12/10 go there if you know what’s good!
