Service is great, the drive thru can get backed up, especially if there are people getting large orders. The entrance is shared with the car wash so it can become a cluster.

This Starbucks is my go-to spot, and it never disappoints! 🤩 The coffee is always brewed to perfection, and the baristas are incredibly friendly and efficient. They always greet you with a smile and make sure your order is exactly right. Keep up the good work!

I drive past several locations and go out of my way just to come here every morning. What can I say about Estelle...she's the most amazing human being on the planet and keeps this location running like a well-oiled machine like an athlete in mid-season form. A kind, intuitive and thriving individual amidst such a fast-paced environment. Starbucks clearly sends all of their best associates to this location and I'm not afraid to share it bc they can take care of us all. Every. Morning. See y'all tomorrow!!!

On September 8, 2025, at approximately 12:30 PM, I visited the Starbucks located at 16315 Terry Pine Dr, Eden Prairie, MN, through the drive-thru. After waiting a little over five minutes, I purchased the same drink I always order and regularly purchase from Starbucks locations every day.
At around 12:44 PM, I was handed my drink. When I began drinking it, I immediately noticed it contained salt, something I was not expecting or prepared to swallow. Concerned, I returned to the drive-thru, where I had to wait again. When I explained the issue to the associate, she simply asked for the sticker from my cup so they could remake the drink.At no point did the associate acknowledge my health concerns or ask if I was okay after consuming the salted drink. This response was dismissive and unprofessional.As a loyal Starbucks customer, this was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The lack of concern for my well-being, combined with the error in drink preparation, has raised serious concerns about safety and customer care at this location.I am requesting that this issue be escalated to the appropriate management. and I will be in touch with your corporate team for review. I also ask that corrective action be taken to ensure that this type of incident does not happen again to any other customer. as I will not be shopping there anymore.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We pass other Starbucks to come to this location. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. They make us feel special every time. When we bring our cat to get a kitty cup, the staff greet her (a few more long-term staff remember her name) and she loves the attention. Our order is always made perfectly and quickly. And when I accidentally sent a mobile order to the wrong Starbucks location, the staff took care of it in such a kind and customer-oriented way. It's the best Starbucks in the EP/Minnetonka/Chan area. They have a great team!

As a regular customer I am completely disappointed in the quality and the quantity of the pistachio latte. My venti size consistently has less liquid and the taste is sub-par. I stop by 5 times a week and 80% of the time the quality is bad. What happened to consistency ?

I had a very weird interaction with the person taking the drive through orders. It was on 2.14.25 around lunch time. He was very inappropriate unprofessional with his comments. I asked for a grande shaken iced brown sugar oat milk expresso but if I could have regular 2% milk instead please make it half decaf but this employee must of got frustrated with my request and said ā€œwoah this is a completely different drink and isn’t what I orderedā€.I told him yes I’ve ordered this way many times before this way and sometimes I need less caffeine. And he said ā€œoh gosh I must be an asshole for hearing the wrong orderā€. I just stayed quiet once I got to the window and he said ā€œoh here’s my friendā€ again I paid and stayed quiet and left. Very weird interaction not sure I will come back unfortunately. He also didn’t put regular 2% milk. Sorry for complaining but I’ve never dealt with a barista like him.
