We pass other Starbucks to come to this location. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. They make us feel special every time. When we bring our cat to get a kitty cup, the staff greet her (a few more long-term staff remember her name) and she loves the attention. Our order is always made perfectly and quickly. And when I accidentally sent a mobile order to the wrong Starbucks location, the staff took care of it in such a kind and customer-oriented way. It's the best Starbucks in the EP/Minnetonka/Chan area. They have a great team!

As a regular customer I am completely disappointed in the quality and the quantity of the pistachio latte. My venti size consistently has less liquid and the taste is sub-par. I stop by 5 times a week and 80% of the time the quality is bad. What happened to consistency ?

I had a very weird interaction with the person taking the drive through orders. It was on 2.14.25 around lunch time. He was very inappropriate unprofessional with his comments. I asked for a grande shaken iced brown sugar oat milk expresso but if I could have regular 2% milk instead please make it half decaf but this employee must of got frustrated with my request and said “woah this is a completely different drink and isn’t what I ordered”.I told him yes I’ve ordered this way many times before this way and sometimes I need less caffeine. And he said “oh gosh I must be an asshole for hearing the wrong order”. I just stayed quiet once I got to the window and he said “oh here’s my friend” again I paid and stayed quiet and left. Very weird interaction not sure I will come back unfortunately. He also didn’t put regular 2% milk. Sorry for complaining but I’ve never dealt with a barista like him.

I ordered a hot Chi Tea latte with skim milk. The women at the window was SUPER pleasant and explained how she mixes the Chi with milk before steaming it. It is the BEST Chi I have ever had at a Starbucks.. The blueberry muffin was also good. Thank you very much.

Nobody orders more lemonade refreshers from this location than me… nobody. I spend almost a hundred a week at this location. But this closing daily at 2pm is really frustrating from someone who has an addiction! Please find staffing and resolve this before I start driving 5 min down the road to Chan. Dee is by far the best (if she still works there) I enjoy contributing the little nic nacs to the window collection.

I keep meaning to post this and forgetting, so here goes...This is hands-down the best Starbuck's location I've ever been to. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional while still looking like they're actually enjoying themselves. I've never had an error on my order, and I've only had a wait beyond the app time once, and they were absolutely slammed right after school ended for the year. Not their fault at all. If every Starbuck's was like this drive-up location, I wouldn't feel so terrible spending $12.53 for a tea and egg bites every week. :)

These guys are the best! I've visited here a few times and the coffee has been spot on each and every time. Walk up mobile order window fast, easy and the order is seemingly always ready.Moreover, one specific visit stands out: while overwhelmed with multitasking (kids, work, dog...you name it), I made a mistake on my mobile order. The crew here bailed me out and fixed it in short order -- all with good cheer and compassion for an error-proned, overwhelmed guy. Highest possible recommendation for this outstanding team!
Parking: Always spots open and close to the walk up window...what's not to like??!!!

If I could give this Starbucks location 10 stars, I would. The ENTIRE CREW are the friendliest Starbucks employees I've ever met. They actually make an effort to get to know you and it really makes it a brief social event instead of just a drive thru transaction. The entire crew knows our names, our orders, our car and even our dog. It's fun to have that neighborhood feel instead of corporate-y. I had a cancer recurrence and since then it's my daily trip to Starbucks with my dog that makes my day. The entire crew always make me smile. Shout out to Emmett! As I learn more names I will update my review to shout them out as well! Thanks to everyone for the great customer service, amazing drinks and the countless pup cups! You all have brought us a lot of joy in a dark time! Heads up, this is a drive-thru (or walk up) only location! However the drive thru line is always quick. Highly recommend this location if you couldn't tell. :-)
