The workers who were serving us took over 40 minutes to prepare 3 simple sandwiches and a salad. Poorly trained food handslers. They could not multitask, and were extremely slow. We were the only customers inside. They cross-contaminated the food multiple times and the salad no nowhere near fresh. Overall, the worst experience i've ever had when it comes to fast-food.

I have worked in Eden Prairie since 2018 and have frequently chose this location for lunch given its location relative to my business. In the last years I have gone less and less due to the wait time for a sub to be made and the lack care in making a quality sub. Today, was my last time coming here. It took 35 minutes for me to get a terribly made sub.
Have us wrong subway...did not make a change! Called the store manager...no response!

I had a terrible experience today when my 8 year-old grandson wanted to get a Subway (on Wagner Way in Eden Prairie) for lunch.I let him place the order and didn't pay much attention since my granddaughter was with us. I just assumed that the server would prepare a delicious sandwich for him. He ordered turkey with cheese on toasted bread.When we got home and opened his sandwich, I was shocked to find: 2 thin slices of old turkey, no cheese, no mayo, on cold, NOT toasted, thick dry bread. The turkey tasted terrible! I remember now why I quit going to Subway years ago. With cookies and chips, I ended up spending over $20 on this terrible meal If you cross the street to Kowalski's, you will find delicious, healthy, fresh sandwiches, cheeseburgers and more. -- at prices only a few dollars more and taste so much better. (Plus excellent, friendly service.)

More like Subpar. Awful service; health code issues; confirmed they would honor a coupon before making the sandwiches, and then changed their minds at checkout, were very rude about it plus overcharged. Not to mention the person who prepared the food hugged his sweaty buddy halfway through making the sandwich order then continued touching the food. I am not one to write negative reviews, but they so blatantly didn’t care about an upset customer, that I felt obliged to warn others.
