Does anyone even work here? Just walked in, the door opening was definitely loud enough to hear someone come in. Stood around for 10 mins while no one ever came out. Should I just make my own sandwich??

Did an online mobile order, could see where the pickup spot was and was waiting a considerable amount of time, no sandwich was getting placed there. When i noticed the worker was on her phone that bothered me, i had to come in to ask her to start it. took over 10 mins for her to make the 2 sandwiches on the order.

Subway as expected.There are no more 5 dollar footlongs but they still have footlong sandwiches, ypu pick what you want so as long as the produce is fresh your food should be fine.

I ordered a combo meal because I had a coupon and the worker said my coupon didn't work. She didn't speak English so took a picture of the computer screen to show me. She communicated through a translator app on her phone which made it difficult.I said I would just take the sandwich and it was over $10 for a six inch sub. When I got my receipt she had added chips so I took a bag with me. I assume she hadn't put in a drink and that is why the coupon didn't work but didn't realize until I paid and got my receipt.They need a second employee to help or more training for the employee. This was 11:30 on a Saturday so not an off hour.

Unfortunately this location is always understaffed. The last time I happened to be there the credit card machine was broken, but they didn't let people know until we got to the point of paying.I suspect it's a case of "people don't want to work anymore... for less money than they could earn in other jobs"But the meatball sandwich was a subway meatball sandwich. I got the food I expected and it was what I was craving at the moment.

Absolutely terrible service took forever that we just got up and left there was only one other customer and the worker was not putting an effort whatsoever to make it go faster

This is by far the worst Subway I've ever been to. I placed an online order here last night. When I arrived at the time I was told it would be ready, the worker informed me that she hadn't even started it. She continued serving people in line while working at a snail's pace. Literally, I've not seen anyone move slower in my life. I questioned if she'd work on my order anytime soon or if I had to wait for everyone in line, and she said I had to wait (even though I placed my order about 30 minutes prior). No apology, no friendliness, just an attitude. And she continued to move so incredibly slow, it was painful. I asked if I could get a refund and leave since I'd already paid for my order online. She told me I had to go online if I wanted to get a refund. Needless to say, I didn't trust that I'd ever get that refund so I just waited. I ended up waiting until 30 minutes after the designated time to get my food, an hour after the order was originally placed. This morning I called the manager of the store. He was completely unsympathetic of the situation and could not have cared less. His response was "well, she's a new employee. She's been there for two weeks and you're the only one who has complained about her." Are you kidding me? That is not a customer service driven response.Poor customer service and no sense of timeliness - Definitely will never, ever return to this location!

Avoid this location. Sandwich bread was dried out and hard. Pepper Jack cheese tasted off. Subway used to be so much better, standards have gone way down hill. Go to Jimmy John's or Kowalskis instead.

Salad prices went up portion size went went down. I thought I was getting a side salad not a meal.
