The tall dark man who was working there this afternoon when we were there today around 3:30 pm was wonderful, I forgot his name. He was the only one working and he was patient and kind and was great with my daughter with autism. He deserves a big raise!

I tried ordering A roast beef 6 inch and it cost $9 for 2 thin slices of meat and I asked for a reasonable amount & they tried charging me $12 because they said the meat was extra lol don't waste your time here way better locations than the one posted in Walmart.

If you're going to charge $28 for 2 footlong sandwiches at least make them the way I asked! the meat didn't fit across the bread very LITTTLE, I asked for more vegetables and got 3 more leaves of spinach, onion, bell peppers and olives. I asked for more pepper and salt only to have a tasteless sandwich like I taste no pepper or salt! I now realize why I stopped eating there!!! I could have made this at home yet went because I'm a busy mom and didn't want a burger yet I'd rather! Like I took pictures yet don't know how to upload to this comment. I'm so pissed. I could go on yet just fed these sandwiches to the dogs that's how mad I am!

Upon entering the establishment, I was met with an unacceptably long wait at the counter before anyone acknowledged my presence. Once attended to, the service I received was far from satisfactory. The staff member who assisted me appeared disinterested and proceeded to frequently disappear to the back while, to...yes wait for it...EAT their own food.To my dismay, upon receiving my order and leaving the store, the paper bag provided promptly tore apart, causing my sandwiches to spill out onto the ground. Not only was this embarrassing, but it also revealed that my sandwiches had been poorly wrapped, resulting in a messy and inedible meal.When I contacted the owner of this franchise they replied with a response that had nothing to with my experience, "At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback..." And provided no resolution to my debacle.Skip eating here and spending your money here, you won't regret it.
The guy working 5pm on 11/11/23 gave me the best service and a cared for sub. Very pleased from this experience!

Opens at 9, stood here waiting, asked him if he was open at 9 or not and ignored me then said he wasn't ready and I said well I'm on break and don't have time to go anywhere else. Very rude and slow. Get here early to open on time.

Subway website has a foot long bogo deal. This location does not want to promote the offer. I give it 1 star for the simple fact that the website says they do participate in the promotional deal but the guy simply does not want to give me the deal.

No one at the till. I called out multiple times to no response. Phone Number doesn’t work. Disappointing
Can I get an explanation as to why the store number doesn't work? It's either no rings and immediate dropped call, or saying the number isn't in service.

The woman working today was very rude. I placed an order through the subway app and when I submitted the order, the changes I had made in bread preference and toppings reverted back to what the sandwich comes with normally. I explained that the app changed the original order, but she told me that that's my problem and that she wouldn't remake the sandwiches. Extremely unhelpful and rude. I tried calling right after I saw the error 3 times, but nobody answered. I will not return to this location and will be advising others to avoid it as well. Very unhappy. If possible, I would like to speak with a manager.
Can't complain, I love ordering subs here and the service is fantastic.

Excellent service but this location must be experiencing a staffing shortage! The gentleman that helped me this afternoon was extremely friendly and provided top notch customer service but he was all by himself during the lunch hour! I noticed timers and alarms kept going off so he was trying to balance making fresh inventory with making subs, cleaning, and checking people out at the register. Unfortunately, some customers grew impatient and were rude to this employee. I was so impressed by this man’s composure and professionalism that I left a generous tip and had to write this review!
