The employee if that's what you want to call her was very very rude to customers on Saturday 11-23. She was yelling at a older lady because she couldn't talk too much, rolling her eyes at her and being very obnoxious to her.
Myself, we were in line, I was paying for the food, we were getting yelled at that next time only customers can stand in line. Well, if you want my money, I'll be standing in line.
The sandwhich we got wasn't even cut all the way through and looked like complete garbage.
Beings as you have 1.5 stars, you can really give a shit about your complaints.
Time for new management and or this subway to fire these so called employees.

The woman behind the counter screamed at everyone in line. When I tried to order a sandwich for my nine year old she was horrible. She yelled at us for ordering too slow and then to fast. I told her to keep her sandwiches and walked away. Worst!

Dietary restrictions: I ordered a chicken bacon ranch 6 inch sub on a oat bread. My sub was alright as the bread was tough, bacon was not done well as the cheese was melted. Not a good choice. The cookies were not baked though ? Will not be back at this location. The employee needs to know how to make a sub the right way.

Adding on to the bad reviews about the lady- my family has also had a bad experience with her. Every time we’ve been to this subway, this lady acts like we are completely inconveniencing her by making her do her job. She yells in our faces (and she’s accented so it’s kinda hard to understand her) and judges what you put on your sandwich. She judged my 10 y/o sister for getting a ham and cheese sub. She was extremely rude to all of my family. Subway should fund her therapy sessions

Both employees there have an unbelievable attitude towards any and everyone when they are just asked to simply do their job. We've gone there few times and every time, she judges our sandwich choices, rolls her eyes over the simplest requests, fusses at anyone in line who she doesnt believe is ordering, and gets mad when we ask questions. It is incredible how she and the other male worker still work there, and i do not recommend ordering subway from this location.

The woman that works, there is unhappy with life. Rude throwing stuff around. Told me I couldn’t have certain vegetables on my sub… I thought you could pick whatever vegetables you want on your sub? Spent way too much for something that wasn’t what I wanted!!

The lady employee here is extremely unfriendly and rude. All you have to do is look at their rating to know that it is not the place to go. Unfortunately it is one of the only relatively healthy options here in the mall. Major disappointment.
This is the worst subway I've ever been too, it literally makes me lose faith in all subways. Every time I receive a sandwich from here I'm disappointed. The bread is underbaked and skinny every single time. It's like it's just rushed out without actually proofing. On top of that the staff is incredibly unfriendly... except the Asian lady she's a rockstar. The other woman is a scary gremlin. They give you like 3 pieces of toppings sooo skimpy... like I've been going to subway for 20 years and this place needs to be investigated by corporate I'm telling you please please this place is a nightmare fix it !!!!!!

The lady at this subway strikes again. My friend decided to go to this subway for lunch and I (thankfully) chose to go elsewhere. The way I heard her speak to him for not wanting onions and peppers on his sandwich was disgusting. If you don't want to be a sandwich artist, creating sandwiches the way the paying customer wants it, don't be. She was yelling at him for not telling her which veggies he wanted on the sandwich BEFORE she started making it. I hope she can find a place to work that brings her joy, but I don't think she will find it in the middle of a loaf of Italian herbs and cheese bread.

I go to this subway frequently with my friends and each time we have a terrible experience with this woman working here. She has yelled at my friend for not having enough money for a drink, has yelled at me for waiting in line with my friend, yelled at an elderly woman for not being able to hear her and many more things along the lines of this. This woman has made me and my friends scared to order here and its the worst customer experience i have ever had. I hope there is somewhere this woman can find happiness and not take her anger out on customers.

Me and my friends have gone to this subway multiple times and have had a bad experience each time. The lady working here has given us a terrible attitude each time we order. My friend didnt have enough money to order a drink so he cancelled it and she started furiously yelling at him and wouldnt let it go. We are all scared to order each time we go. Another time my friend was waiting in line with me as i was going to get her a bag of chips, the lady working here yelled at her to get out of line if she is not ordering a sandwich and to stand away from the lines. My friend felt terribly after being treated this way with zero respect. This woman has yelled at older people and treated customers terribly. I hope she can find some help.

Let me start by saying Subway is one of my favorite "fast" food chains. Whenever I'm at the mall food court, I almost always end up in Subway's line for lunch. But there's a female employee that works at this location who is kind of like the scary lady that lives in the haunted house at the end of your street. Whenever I see her, I know I'm not eating Subway that day. She either has a lot of really bad days and takes that out on the people wanting a sandwich, or she simply wants to watch the world burn. Here's to hoping she finds some happiness, and stops scaring the children.
