If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. We simply asked about the bread options, and the lady working there was unbelievably rude and dismissive—as if customers are a burden to her. Completely unprofessional, no manners, and no respect for customers. I will never come back here, and I strongly suggest everyone avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible! They lady there is very cranky, demanding and rude to the customers. I have had two bad experiences with her for no reason. They need to hire new staff and teach them customer service and how to make a proper sandwhich. My sandwhich was half empty and thrown together. It was so sloppy.

Same Lady from previous reviews. All she does is scoff and roll her eyes when you try to order something without a certain ingredient. We even tried to build our own and she said we couldn’t despite the menu for “build your own” on the wall.

I wish I had seen the reviews of this place before I chose to order. Indeed the woman working was rude. She was quiet (music and loud commotion in the cafeteria) making it difficult to hear her. She was rushing to finish the order. She gave me attitude when I told her I wanted to put in my rewards, told me it won't go through - my receipt and app said it did, and rushed to the back to look on her phone. No thank you, goodbye, smile - customer service sucks! Complaint placed on Subway website.
