We didn't have a good sub sandwich on this visit. Our bread seemed to be day old, by the time it was toasted it was hard as a rock on the ends.

Good quality sandwich, stuffed nicely with fresh ingredients, and made exactly as I asked. The seating area is pretty small for a subway with only a few seats but they are well lit and by a window. The cookies were a bit crunchy and overdone, but I came mainly for a sandwich which was great.

Similar to an experience the week prior at another location, the employee did not speak English and couldn't figure out the coupon. She ended up calling her manager and he spoke to my husband on the phone.With the high prices at Subway I will only go there with a coupon which makes it comparable with other fast food places.

Clean fast service. Single employee on floor, he changed gloves every time after ringing the customer out or making the next customer’s sandwich Well trained regarding cross contamination. Clean restroom. Nice job.Parking: Reserved parking for subway. Customers only in strip mall lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and parking available

I was just at subway #1876 in Eden Prairie on 07/16/2023 2023 605pm the person working was sitting down. He looks at me like what did i want, never ask me what i wanted. He got up and went to the counter i said what i told him what i wanted he didn ask me anything i pointed to what i wanted He didnt say one word. Either he was prejudice or because i was wearing my work Hennepin County Uniform he had a problem, when i left i said to him his service was really bad i would be reporting it.Joanne

When I walked in, the workers seemed confused about my presence. Which then made me confused. Was this a subway? Were they closed? Am I a human? Either way, the person helping me didn't seem to understand anything I was saying. So it got even more confusing. I really wanted a sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread and agtwr much back and forth, the person finally was able to communicate that they only had white bread. This was the final deal-breaker so I just left. I don't think I'll be visiting this place ever again unless I want to be really confused about something that should have been a fairly simple transaction.

On several separate occasions the workers touch the cash register/screen and return to sandwiches without switching gloves or washing hands. It’s disgusting and it’s not an isolated situation.Avoid this location.

Shockingly terrible service twice in a row, from the same man. He was extremely rude, passive-aggressively tossing ingredients onto my sub. I was the only person in the store. All tables were dirty.It's very rare that I choose the "no tip" option buy for this guy I've done it twice.

Maybe it's a supply chain issue but ordering a sub here is like the lottery. You order one thing and they deliver other without or with different ingredients....This happened to me twice in the last 4 orders.......

Jose was very good at his job!! I haven’t been to subway is a while. The bread was amazing and fresh, very clean store!! Thank you for having great employees who like their job!!

This place extremely poor in service and very rude and unprofessional staff running this subway. This morning I went with the paper coupon I received. To my surprise I found that they have stopped taking those anymore. Don’t know why!! And they posted this notice on the checkout counter and fountain drink which is invisible to you when you enter in the restaurant. You can read it when you have already ordered your sandwich. Well that’s not it. When I found it surprisingly that they don’t take coupons I asked the person on the counter what is the price without coupon. And he rudely mentioned “it’s on the display board and I guess you can read it” Seriously!! Well that’s not it either! I found the price a dollar more than the coupon and I said I will pay by card and asked him to go ahead. Again to my surprise he told the price on the board is not valid since his system is not taking it! This way out of boundaries of customer service. I mentioned that he himself told me to look at the price on board and now you are not honoring your own words. Then he aggressively went to the board, ripped it off the wall. Then a lady helped him to reduce the price as per mentioned. I asked him whatever the price you have just take it and let me get out of this traumatized experience.This is not the first time. The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. So if the area manager or the Subway management cares about their customers, do something to elevate this place experience.
