Slow service, waited over 10 minutes for some fast food while 5 ladies stood there scrubbing grills. Closed the lobby early so their 2 friends could come hang out and eat for free. Waited that long just for them to make me fill up my 4 drinks by myself. What took so long? If you hate your $15 hr job work somewhere else.

Gave us the wrong order in the drive thru, we came back to try and get the right one, waited 40 minutes and asked if we could get a refund and the food. They gave us a refund and we waited another 20 minutes before we were told we can’t have both the refund and the food. Worst fast food experience of my life

Waited 20 minutes for my mobile order pickup. I got severe food poisoning from my food as well. I was glued to my bed and the bathroom for 4 days straight. I will never eat at Taco Bell again.

We got a mobile order on Dec 11th that should have had a Mexican pizza with creamy jalepeno sauce. When we came home, the pizza was completely smashed at the bottom of the bag so the cheese was pulled off and there was no jalapeño sauce. When we called them to tell them, they said we could come back to get a new pizza or they would put my name down and we could come and get a free Mexican pizza combo. I had just gotten back from an international trip and was very tired so we decided not to go back that day. I call them back to see if my name is still on the list to claim this free combo to make up for their carelessness and nope, my name was not on the list. Needless to say they expect you to get crappy food and eat it without fixing the problem.

Just left and ordered a quesadilla and Crunchwrap with fire sauce. Opened the bag to eat it and they gave me 2 packets and one isn’t even fire sauce. What am I going to do with just two packets of sauce?

Ordered crunchy Tacos and most of the Shells were badly broken and a mess to eat.
