This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Taco Bell. How can you call this food? The chalupa was horrible and the chicken taco I couldn’t wait to try was so hard and dry I think I chipped a tooth. Just horrible

This place has a terrible system. They close the lobby whenever they feel like it. No warnings, schedule or anything. They force people to wait through terrible lines.
The biggest problem is, this is a delivery order with a set pickup time. How the heck can it be picked up on time if there's a 20 minute line at the drive through? You're gonna make drivers cancel my order, or even quit!!

Asian woman at order station did not give me accurate food. I got home and realized it and drove back for the food I paid for. She absolutely could have cared less. She needs to be fired or I will start going to another Taco Bell. Horrible customer service and really bad attitude.

Worst time here EVER. My friends and I couldn’t order separately in drive thru so we had to drive 5 times through drive thru to have an order for 5 people. When we drove up to the window, the works were sitting on the ground and we were trying to give them our card to pay and they were ignoring us…. Waited 30 min for our food…. Do not recommend this place. Very bad customer service and scared how the food will Look.

Out of Mountain Dew “it’s just that I’d have to change out the thingy”. Ok, whatever, I said it was fine and ordered Diet Coke. At least she was honest. Asked for “lots of hot sauces”. Got 3 with my $20 order. The contents of my “chalupa street tacos” attached. lol at 3 pieces of meat and some sauce.
I mean, ima still eat it, but damn, this was not satisfactory.
