This is THE place to go for tea! You can buy black, white, green, yellow or oolong. Herbal, puer, all kinds of specialties! They will steep a cup for you of any of their teas. Some are quite reasonable. Some are rare and thus more expensive. They also sell tea sets, tea shirts, and tea bottles. They have free samples every day. If you buy a cup of tea, they heat the water to the proper temperature in an electric kettle and use a timer to steep your tea for the right amount of time. The only negative is that they're not open 7 days a week. So, check the hours before you go.
A shiesty employee here sold me a gyokuru knock off and probably kept the change. I paid for gyokuru imperial.
Friendly, very nice, helpful place to shop⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love this Tea Shop! The selection is wonderful and the staff is fantastic! Ever since Teavana, left it's the only store like that around. I love the location and where it is, before the library closed it was the place to enjoy a great hot drink and burrow oneself into a book. However, today with great disappointment I find that they are now closed majority of the week!
Great experience. Their Chai Tea is the most authentic tasting Chai I've had in Minnesota. Way better than starbucks or caribou. They also have great customer service and an abundant selection of loose tea leaves
Best place to go for a wide selection of non flavored varietal teas. This is high end tea folks and I love all the info they have scattered around the store.
We enjoy shopping for tea at the TeaSource. The dragon well is good. Not the best we have had but a solid above average tea. The silver needle is exquisite, but at $40.00 for 2 oz. it should be. So was glad that the expectation was realized. Usually we buy organic tea but that wasn't possible in the variety of tea we wanted.
Great varieties of teas. They are very helpful explaining the choices they have.
First visit yesterday, I love the selection and I'm loving the tea I got there.
Take it from a tea addict, this place is the best. They have a large, easy to shop, great selection. They offer a lot of straight teas without additives, but also provide some mixes as well. Stop in for their fresh chai, a tea tasting, or just a relaxing afternoon with the tea of the day. Friendly staff are patient and eager to help.

Tea is always tasty and very affordable compared to most other tea shops. Their recipes are a bit under powered and I recommend doubling for more flavor
Great selection of teas!! Usually okay customer service but the last time Iwent there was a very rude girl working who felt the need to correct everything I was saying and it was really unusual and awkward as she was rude about it with a big attitude saying she has been to Japan and she knows more than me about stuff...I just got really awful vibes from her and I kept trying to smile and give her opportunity to lighten up but she just wouldn't have it...had to stick it to me every chance she could. Maybe she has mental health issues idk but she also incorrectly labeled my teas and since she bragged about her superior knowledge she should have known better. She needs to find happiness and move to Japan so I can keep getting my tea, happily, not snottily.
Great place. Love the atmosphere. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. The owner is very forthcoming on the sourcing of their teas, I exchanged emails with them a while back.
The tea is wonderful! So many choices, and the employees are really knowledgeable. I just wish the furniture was a bit more comfy for hanging out.
Tea Source is one of my go to places to buy loose leaf. Great selection of teas. Black, green, white, red, block, herbal, and blends! You can buy loose tea or just a cup to try.
