Twisted Tenders

I ordered doordash from here once and the tenders were actually pretty good. Interesting that it apparently isn't a real restaurant but a ghost kitchen.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

I'm leaving this review just so others can see this place is like a side business of Old Chicago. There are no signs for anything indicating you're even in the right place so I'm guessing they do a lot of delivery and not so much pick up. Keep in mind, you have to order online because you cannot order these from Old Chicago in person.I'm not sure though ordering system is very accurate either. I chose immediate pickup and it said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, which it was. However the doordash said it was going to be ready in about an hour.Service was slow inside waiting at the host stand to talk to someone both of the times I walked in. To add to the confusion there isn't even any signage about Twisted Tenders anywhere.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

Ordered online and got only 1 of the 5 sauces that was supposed to come with the order. With how expensive it is you'd think they could get the cheap part of it right.
