Went through the drive thru. Typical Wendy’s. Spicy chicken was good.
Went back the following day and the spicy chicken was good, service was terrible. The woman taking drive through orders was short and rude. When I got to the windows it was just as bad. Maybe she was having a bad day. Luckily going home and probably won’t go to this store again.

Don’t bother. 51° in a restaurant in the winter. I guess it was better than zero outside. The staff said it’s always like this. Oh one more issue. The soda machine doesn’t work properly and every single thing tastes horrible. The staff said they were unaware, then 15 minutes later another group went up and said the same thing and the counter person said the same thing that they were unaware.

Food is good...most of the time the service is good...sometimes they could be friendlier.
Ordered a single patty seasonal burger without one of the toppings and they decided to add a Double patty classic burger to the order for no reason (because they didnt want to make a “special burger” without mushrooms for me), and i have had issues in the same respect with the same location in the past. Eventually decided they deserve 1 star. Only thing saving them is their closing time.

This is the second Wendy's I've been to that screwed with the price of the 2 for 3 breakfast items. While it was still advertised on their board they refused to honor the price.
The parking lot at the Eden Prairie Wendy's is just awful every time I go there I tell myself not coming here anymore because of the parking lot being so bad
