Im a big fan of wendy back in Boston, but this place is quite bad. They dont have good service and the employees are so rude, they talk rude in drive through and closes the shop at 12:00 am where it originally closes at 1:00 Am. I saw a lot of Uber drivers cancelled their orders as the store is closed and many people went sad as they close early. I think Wendy should take some serious action here.

They don’t give you all the items and then when you question them, they say they did. They don’t give receipts, but my credit card receipt shows how much was spent. They either don’t answer the phone or they pick it up and hang up on you before you say anything. I drove back, went into the store while my phone was calling, I could hear their phone ringing loudly. Still, no one answered

I have now had two really poor experiences through the drive thru at this location. The first time a couple weeks ago, the employee was beyond rude when I asked to use the app for a special; “that’s been broken for over three days!” How was I supposed to know that, I don’t frequent Wendy’s, or any fast food restaurant, daily. After the app worked as she begrudgingly tried… there was no apology. Then when I asked her name, she was combative and asked why and asked for my name first, of which I very kindly gave her. Now tonight, the same woman, “Angel” I believe, or so she told me during my last experience was working the drive thru again, and with absolutely no kindness or respect. I get it, the world is a crazy place, but as a professional that manages a large team of employees every day, I would never tolerate her behavior. Icing on the cake, my chicken sandwich was basically raw inside, and the bread so stale from sitting out, I could barely bend it or compress it with my fingers. So, $17 bucks later, I think, as the very kind “Angel” doesn’t give receipts, no edible food, cold fries, and a fountain drink. The Eden Prairie Wendy’s has experienced my business for the last time.

We went through the drive through so I’m not certain about atmosphere. I had a dental surgery and the first thing that popped into my head was a Frosty. I haven’t had one in years and let me tell you, the blended caramel Frosty was absolutely delicious! Yes, I’d been fasting and was hungry but oh my goodness! I didn’t know this was even an option. Definitely an upgrade and I will now crave this option (with an ice cold Dr. Pepper, of course!)
